The staff went above and beyond for us. They held our luggage for 1/2 day before and after we checked in/out, gave us detailed information about a day trip to Sintra, upgraded our room to a triple, and made good recommendations for dining, internet, and getting around Lisbon. |

Overpriced...am disappointed in Priceline! We paid 50 Euro's per night. Walk-ins paid 45 Euro's for sam room. |

The owners of the hotel are very nice. They make the stay great. The rooms are very clean. Excellent location. The only two downsides are: 1) Very close to an all-night club on the weekends and 2) No shampoo. All in all, however, this is a fabulous value. |

Very friendly staff, some of them speaking perfectly English, reception desk opened 24 hours, very good location, near the centre but nevertheless quiet. I went there with my two daughters (15 and 17 yrs), We had a triple room. Enough space, very clean, modern and clean bathroom. |

I liked the location as it was near to the sights I wanted to visit and it was at the end of the famous food street...Rua Das Potas De Santo Antao. A little expensive for what it was but due to the location I can see why it was higher than it would otherwise have been given a different location. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and the room was always well cleaned. Location is ideal, very close to all modes of transport and the heart of the old town. The only small issue I had was that there was no wireless internet access. |

Rooms were immaculate and quiet. The water pressure on the shower was very strong-top notch! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Great location within walking distance of everything. We will stay here again when we return to Lisbon. Elevator is a bit of a tight squeeze. |

Very friendly,helpful and attentive staff - unfortunately i had to leave early but they were very helpful in assisting me to sort out my finances; they also were able to advise me in relation to transport and restuarants. Excellent location (1 minute from metro and airport-bus-stop at Restoradoures square and very near many restuarants up the street). Room was small but spacious, clean and comfortable. At 45euro per night it is excellent value for money I will definitely stay here again. The location was a curse and a blessing as it was just down the road from a nightclub so was noisy at night. I am a light sleeper so when I go back there again I will ask for a room away from the street. Breakfast only consisted of bread rolls but I expected this for the price and was prepared for this from reading other reviews. |

It is excellently located to access Lisbon centre. Clean and excellent staff. The 'continental breakfast' of rolls or slices of bread and packets of jam was not so good...Quite basic rooms. |
