Friendly staff Good location
Little bit old facilities
Excellent location in the centre. Large clean room and bathroom .mwe had two balconies. Surprisingly good view as we were on the fifth floor. Good breakfast.
WiFi was only available in reception.
The position is perfect, within walking distance of major sites and in an area full of restaurants and easy public transport.
Rooms are very small, but on the positive side are clean and quiet.
Good location as it's 5mins walk to av liberdade
No proper bfast, only bread, jam and coffee/tea
Location and staff make this hotel. They were friendly and so helpful; typical of the lovely Portuguese in general! :-) But if you are visiting Lisbon and want a place to explore the city on a budget, this Hotel is very suitable. The bathroom was recently renovated and was the best part of the room.
Wifi only in the reception. Rooms are very basic and could do with modernisation.
Excellent location extremely pleasant helpful staff spotless bathroom good value
Mattress a bit hard
-Very good location in the city center; - Very good price-quality ratio.
- The cleanliness of the room is something which can be improved.
Good location, very helpful and kind staff
Low quality of wifi service small bed ,variety of breakfast service
The service and location are excellent.
Doors and walls are thin: you're hear a lot outside your room.
Great location. Knowledgeable staff. Good eateries nearbye. Close to transportation services. Speedy wi-fi at reception area.
Bare bones breakfast. Bare bones tv.
Great location, close to metro and bus stops. Many restaurants right down the street. Windows were "sound proof" so it was quiet in the room. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Appreciated it that there was an elevator.
Very small shower.
Great room, service, and location.
Walls were a bit thin.
Very friendly portier. Excellent location in the heart of Lisboa, and good value for money Frank March
This was a great location and the owners are friendly and helpful Very cheap for the area.
Very uncomfortable beds Refused a bath plug! noisy and walls very thin Staff chatted with friends in the hall until late at night keeping us awake Very basic and comfortless accommodation Breakfast basic and minimal.
Both brothers at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The Hotel was very well located. Nice and clean.
-I got a room with private bathroom for 39 Euro a night, which was way better than any other alternatives I could find. Breakfast was included as well!
- No wifi's in the rooms. That was my only complaint. They have in the lobby though.
We were so lucky and happy to stay the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and kind. The location is perfect to go down to the city centre and tourist places (so close!). Even though the hotel is near restaurants and shops, there were no noise at night so that we could have good and comfy sleep. We definitely will stay this hotel when we visit Portugal again.
The price and location
The beds have plastic sheets on them and the breakfast was wanting
Location was wonderful for walking tours and restaurants
Bed was too hard
Nice hotel in very good location, near popular monuments, located in the old popular district. My room was small but clean.
Poor breakfast but it is probably rule in Portugal.
The location is good, the staff is friendly but that's about it.
Each night I was dreading going back to this hotel where it is impossible to sleep. It is so noisy u feel the other guests ( next to u, above and below u) are moc in ur room. Air conditioning isn't working. The shower curtain is useless so that showering resulted not only on flooding the bathroom but also the room, I tried everything blocking the door with towels but always came out to a flooded room. So the showering ritual included removing everything from the floor u don't want soaked. Also once I was resting in the afternoon in my room when I member of the staff opened the door and entered. Upon seeing me he was very shocked and quickly ran out again muttering something. This hotel definitely didn't contribute to an otherwise very relaxing stay in Lisbon.
Did not find one thing to complain about the staff were excellent very cheerful and helpful especially Hussain and his brother on reception nothing was a bother this is our 4th year staying here it speaks for itself sylvia and joanie nottingham england and calgary canada
We did not stop for longer
The room was really cozy and you could see it's newly refournished, especially the bathroom. Very nice and clean. The bed and linen were also very good. The best was the location and the super friendly and very helpfull staff! Without their tips my trip to Lisabon wouldn't have been so fun - thanks guys!!
There was no internet in the room only in the loby, and the breakfast could've used some variety.
the cleanliness, the staff, the location. Small but cosy room.
poor breakfast and wifi in the room.
