The hotel is well situated for the metro and all main attractions and facilities in the city. The breakfast room is very nice with good service and a nice buffet. The price is very good for a central Lisbon hotel. Free internet access is another good point and rare in Portugal. Clean rooms, friendly service. The hotel seems to be in the process of refurbishment and our rooms on the fifth floor were old fashioned and showing signs of wear and tear. Airport shuttle on the expensive side at 15 euros. |

Good location near a park and close to central street in Lisboa. Clean and comfortable rooms, airconditioned. Good breakfast. Free wi-fi. Good quality for the price - if you plan to see Lisboa. Very convenient for a family with children. Do not expect great view from the window, do not escape if you see the outside: inside is |

It was a very good price/quality choice and close to lisboa city center and to the airport.overall the accomodation was very good especially the breakfast. Yes, a fridge would be necessary because you happen to store cold drinks for ex, like the good portughese wine. |

The value for money and free internet in rooms and at the reception. Facilities were rather poor, rooms were kind of old fashioned, the hotel overall was poorly equipped. Ceaning is not the strongest point of it. For example, in the shower I discovered a piece of soap belonging probably to the previous occupant of the room. However, if the rate obtained represents a good deal, I recommend the hotel for budget travellers . It's not luxury, but relatively clean and affordable. My deal was very good, so in the end I was glad for staying there. |

The position of the hotel is great. The rooms are huge, a double room has 2 sides separated through a hall and there are 4 beds. The breakfast is very very good, the staff is the best. My room had a very tiny closet, behind a mirror. But I used the extra beds for my wardrobe. |

I was impressed by the size of the rooms, the facilities available and the courtesy and helpfulness of the staff. It was also very close to the centre of Lisbon and very convenient, and on the main bus routes, with direct connection from the airport. |

I enjoyed good breakfast each day. Front staff was also very nice and gave me useful advice. I wish they opend the cafeteria for breakfast a little earlier, like 6:30 so I could have breakfast before catching early flight. |

The staff were helpful. The location was very good (Metro stops, bus stops, airport bus stop, Tour bus stop). There are some good resturants right underneath the hotel. The room was big. The staff were nice and helpful. Internet was very useful. The bathroom stinked (just like others pointed out - it really stinks and that needs to be fixed!!) Also, once you are in theroom, things are nice. You step out and you are inan open space, with bugs following you until you are able to take the elevator. The cleanliness of the corridors was horrible. The building it self is torn out (from the outside). |

Very well located within minutes of the main attractions in the city. Staff was very friendly and helpful, specially at the reception in the evenings. The facade of the hotel needs repair/improvement. |

Centrally located, rooms are being renewed, we had an 'older room'. Breakfast was good. The outside of the hotel needs an upgrade. Very friendly service. |

Convenient location, nearby restaurants and walking distance to metro stations. Staff in the breakfast room were very kind and helpful and the breakfast was simple but satisfying. The toilet in the quad room we stayed at was rather cramped up with the commode too close to the wall. Otherwise it was fine. |
