Beautiful gardens, very nice outdoors swimming pool, great gym, friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast buffet, just to mention a few of the things that I enjoyed the most during my stay at Pestana Palace. Towels in the room could have been newer and softer. Room service staff were fast and efficient but the menu wasn't the most extensive or imaginative around - I would have expected something better to match the very high standard of Pestana Palace. |

A beautiful building but with all modern conveniences . Excellent food quality in the restaurant & great ambience . Some of the breakfast serving staff were not as customer responsive as I would have expected . My only real criticism . |

The buildings, garden, staff, hot tub, treadmill, room decor...AMAZING Staff. Breakfast could be a tiny bit better-strange scrambled eggs-internet very caro. |

Friendly staff who all spoke excellent English! Beautiful surroundings. Not too many guests so we had the pool and gym to ourselves!. |

Beautiful place, front desk, and shuttle service. There was water all over the room because of shower curtain... breakfast was ok, room for improvement. |

Everything! The hotel has an atmospher of luxury and relaxation in excellent harmony. The lovelly park is worth another star (six). Try to get a garden room with terrace on the south side of the park. The gastronomy was good but did not really match the rest. |

Everything! Cleanliness, staff cooperation, food, decoration, garden...etc. This is a yes, yes, yes hotel. It is never far from city center (only 7' by car). |
