очень красивая гостиница,трудно назвать её гостиницей,простите за тавтологию замок позапрошлого века. отличный персонал,прекрасный завтрак.до центра 10 минут на такси около 7-8 евро.единственное но тонкие стены слышно,что в коридоре происходит. |

The uniqueness of the building and the big and charming saloons very impressively maintained and decorated. The staff was really very, very helpful. It is a completely different experience if compared with traditional hotels. |

If you have breadfast on weekdays, you might see some people at this hotel for not leisure but for business purpose. They are perhaps some journalists or somthing. They were ruining the hotel's calm and nice mood in the morning by wearing daily outfit like jeans and t-shirts. I felt sorry for those who came there for leisure and dressed nicely that is quite suitable for this 5 stars hotel. |

The hotel is i excellent condition the staff is extremely forthcoming and helpful, and everybody spoke excellent english. We had to wait in line to be seated for breakfast which you usually would not expect in a five star hotel |

(1) We were celebrating anniversary and the hotel very much honoured this purpose of the stay by providing extras in the room or at dinner. (2) very friendly staff in all places/positions. (3) we hoped to experience something special and this was fulfilled |

Splendid public rooms especially the magnificent restaurants with an attempt at a modest dress code - a pity that some guests treated the breakfast room as a college refectory (rucsacs and all). The modern bedroom wings have very noisy doors that cannot be closed silently. The between-room soudproofing is also poor. Dreadful music in the lounges. |

Hotel jest równocześnie zabytkowym pałacem, pięknie utrzymanym, położonym w cudownym ogrodzie. Przyjazny, fachowy I pomocny personel, szczególnie w recepcji. Pokoje urządzone ze smakiem I oryginalnie, można skorzystać ze spa. Bufet śniadaniowy urozmaicony, szczególnie jeśli ktoś lubi owoce I miejscowe smaki. Według mnie to świetny hotel. |

Sehr schönes Ambiente, entspannte Atmosphäre. Restaurant hervorragend, Frühstücksbufett erfreulich. Das Anwesen liegt inmitten eines schönen Gartens, bietet viele Ecken zum verweilen. Das Hotel ist insgesamt sehr empfehlenswert! |

La qualité de l'accueil, la gentillesse et le professionnalisme du personnel. L'environnement est paradisiaque Le manque de classe et d'éducation de grand nombre des clients de l'établissement. Peut être l'hôtel devrait-il exiger un tenue correcte ce qui éviterait de tristes spectacles comme le port de tongs, shorts, chemisettes dans les salons.. |

O Palacio Historico é espetacular e é o grande diferencial desse hotel.Acho que beleza do Palacio poderia ser mais requintado, com um serviço nivel Four Seasons por exemplo. Podendo com um numero menor de quartos até cobrar mais mas teria clientes de alto nivel e seria um referencial tanto em Portugal como na Europa. Em resumo acho que o Palacio não combina com o conceito de hotelaria Pestana. A area da piscina e do spa não tem boa manutenção e num domingo mesmo o spa aberto, não havia ninguem para dar informações ou mesmo marcar um tratamento. |

A beleza das instalações, a qualidade do Spa e a comodidade do quarto. Muito lento o serviço de manobrista. Seria melhor eles deixarem os hospedes estacionar e pegar o carro diretamente. |
