The closeness to the many tourist centres, the abundance of restaurants and the ability to get anywhere on Madeira from that point make it an ideal location without being in the centre of Funchal.. Excellent bus and taxi availability. Hotel pick up tours, walks and cruises. The perfect place for total relaxation without the distraction of young children. This is not an ideal hotel for children, although there were several staying with their parents, but guests were mainly adults.

This hotel is calm, quiet and comfort haven, which I needed during my stay on Madeira since I was a participating author in a scientific conference in Funchal. The personnel is very kind, helpful and attentive, so my wife and I had no need concerning for anything and could enjoy our free time, when I was not involved in a conference matters. If there is an opportunity we would like to spend some future holidays at this place because we are very fond of it.

I was slightly astonishes, when at our arrival, the receptionist demanded to process a blank slip of my credit card as a payment assurance, which I was not used to, either in Portugal mainland, or anywhere in the European Union. I had also some troubles with limiting access to internet. Nevertheless, my rating stays "excellent", if not exactly excellent, it is at least very, very good.

Прекрасно расположен,отличный вид на океан.Спали с открытыми окнами под шум прибоя.И это в январе!Так же понравился панорамный ресторан на 5 этаже (на уровне входа в отель).В нем сервируется завтрак.Рядом есть супермаркет со всеми продуктами,очень недорого.В нем же (магазине) есть прокат авто.Поторговались и получили машину по желаемой цене.Стоянка в отеле бесплатная.Выезд на скоростную трассу недалеко.Хорошая сауна и при желании можно сразу нырять в океан.В отель из аэропорта ехали на такси за 35е.Обратно заказали в отеле минивэн за 25е.Тоже плюс.Есть все,что надо для отдыха.Настороение берите с собой!

Желательна смена полотенец каждый день.

Excellent accueil. Personnel attentionné. Emplacement extraordinaire surplombant le littoral. Le reste est à l'avenant : confort, spa, piscine, équipement (accès internet payant toutefois).
