Set on leafy grounds, this apartment-style hotel boasts an outdoor pool overlooking Funchal coastal cliffs. It offers a well-equipped fitness center with a jacuzzi and dive center. The closeness to the many tourist centres, the abundance of restaurants and the ability to get anywhere on Madeira from that point make it an ideal location without being in the centre of Funchal.. Excellent bus and taxi availability. Hotel pick up tours, walks and cruises. The perfect place for total relaxation without the distraction of young children. This is not an ideal hotel for children, although there were several staying with their parents, but guests were mainly adults.

Very friendly and helpful good english speaking staff. Good location by the sea and far from the traffic noice. Huge view to the sea and in our room facing to the rising morning sun. Not far from the Fuchal center. Nice but small sauna baths, other steam and the other almost like real "finnish" type. Clean hotel area and room allthought hotel is not very new. Some male guests were naked in the sauna inspite of the rules. Sometimes noices from the other rooms. Breakfast was good but every morning the same kind.

This hotel is calm, quiet and comfort haven, which I needed during my stay on Madeira since I was a participating author in a scientific conference in Funchal. The personnel is very kind, helpful and attentive, so my wife and I had no need concerning for anything and could enjoy our free time, when I was not involved in a conference matters. If there is an opportunity we would like to spend some future holidays at this place because we are very fond of it. I was slightly astonishes, when at our arrival, the receptionist demanded to process a blank slip of my credit card as a payment assurance, which I was not used to, either in Portugal mainland, or anywhere in the European Union. I had also some troubles with limiting access to internet. Nevertheless, my rating stays "excellent", if not exactly excellent, it is at least very, very good.

It was really pleasant stay. Our studio for 2 was rather spacious for 2 people, but for 3 (for example, with a child), it would be small. Good breakfast with variety of fruits and hot dishes. Ocean is just underneath your balcony. Very good location. Kitchenette equipment needs to be renewed, I mean to add the microwave, to update the oven, but all of that stuff worked properly.

Очень неплохо. Удобно расположен. Свой выход к морю. Завтраки хорошие. Персонал доброжелателен, на ресепшн есть русскоговорящий Филипп (сам учил и выучил). Рядом (через дорогу) супермаркет(только экзотические фрукты все неспелые абсолютно). Дорогой Wi-FI(решаемо покупкой местной симки за 15 Евро), нет багажной камеры

Já estive no Funchal 37 vezes,conheço alguns dos melhores hoteis da ilha,acerca de 10 anos,descobri este hotel,e neste momento,nãoquero outro.Tudo o que preciso,quer para um fim de semana,ou para um periodo mais alargado (férias),é na minha opinião,o melhor.No entanto alerto para o facto,de ser um hotel bastante calmo,com pouca animação noturna,mais virado para umas f´rias calmas e repousantes,Vale a pena experimentar.Excelente a sua localização.

отличная гостиница. хорошие завтраки. в конце ноября купались в океане - вода около 22с. советую брать машину в аренду в аэропорту - нам на 8 дней обошлась в 140 евро. на территории гостиницы своя парковка. в гостиницу, со слов ресепшн, ездят немцы и русские. русских около 40%. платный вай-фай в номере. 50 евро - неделя. не все номера с хорошим видом. есть часть номеров с видом больше на бассейн и чуть-чуть океана. сковородки в номере убогие - жарить врядли что-то получится - пригорает)))) один раз попробовали - потом ходили в рестораны )))

Lage des Zimmers mit direktem Blick auf den Atlantik. Aufmerksamer und freundlicher Service. Das Essen beim Gala Menue war teilweise kalt und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis stimmte bei diesem Essen nicht ganz.

отличный отель - номера оборудованные мини-кухней, удачное местоположение (на берегу океана) и внимательный персонал - в общем, все необходимое для уровня хорошего отеля. единственное но, для детей нет площадки. рядом остановка Yellow buses, а также супермаркет, где есть все необходимое.

Прекрасно расположен,отличный вид на океан.Спали с открытыми окнами под шум прибоя.И это в январе!Так же понравился панорамный ресторан на 5 этаже (на уровне входа в отель).В нем сервируется завтрак.Рядом есть супермаркет со всеми продуктами,очень недорого.В нем же (магазине) есть прокат авто.Поторговались и получили машину по желаемой цене.Стоянка в отеле бесплатная.Выезд на скоростную трассу недалеко.Хорошая сауна и при желании можно сразу нырять в океан.В отель из аэропорта ехали на такси за 35е.Обратно заказали в отеле минивэн за 25е.Тоже плюс.Есть все,что надо для отдыха.Настороение берите с собой! Желательна смена полотенец каждый день.

L'agencement des lieux, le service est apréciable. Le Dîner de gala de la St Sylvestre manquait un peu d'animation, le couple de musiciens a joué sa musique sans mettre vraiment de l'ambiance de Nouvel-an.

Tidligre hvert der.God tilknyttning til bading i sjøen med egen tilgang ifra bassengområdet på hotellet . trivelig med grønt areal rundt hotellet,Sentralt for innkjøp av matvarer for selvhushold m.v. 100 m til supermarked.
