The gardens were beautiful, the swimming pools were attractive and offered a relaxing environment, the buildings were well designed and spacious while maintaining a low profile. The location was convenient for enjoying Funchal.

Me ha gustado el sitio acogedor Me ha gustado la amabilidad del personal, Me ha gustado la atencion personalida ( Ej: desayuno con flores, champagne porque era el cumpleaño de mi esposa ) ha sido un detail interesante. Me ha gustado el arreglo rapido del ruido de la puerta del cuarto de baño. No me ha gustado el servicio de internet ( Wifi de pago muy caro, y el ordenador que no functiono ). No me ha gustado la mal qualidad de la television. El apartamento no tiene calefaccion, hemos pasado un poco de frio pero hemos conseguido una manta.

Die Lage war für uns perfekt, nicht direkt in Funchal, aber trotzdem in Gehweite. Es gab auch viele gute Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Der Garten und der Pool waren sehr schön. Das Frühstück war sehr eintönig und die Zimmerreinigung hatte besser sein können.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter, super Frühstücksbufett, Poolanlage, Lage zur Stadt, abendliche Livemusik mit guten Musikern, ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis Klimaanlge bzw. Belüftung über dem Balkon rauscht tagsüber zu stark. Ist aber nachts abgestellt.

Chambres spacieuses et bien insonorisées. Service impeccable et efficace avec personnel parlant français. Bon petit déjeuner avec plats variés. Très calme, surtout la nuit. 2 euros par jour pour recevoir un parasol, c'est assez mesquin. Pas de vue mer mais bien sur un quartier très bétonné.

Très bon rapport qualité / prix. Nombreux équipements de bien être (piscine, salle de sport, jaccuzzi, hamman, sauna) toujours à dispo, propres et entretenus. Chambre confortable et spacieuse, kitchinette et frigo apprécies (bien que les assiettes fournies soient très petites). Personnel très sympa et toujours disponible. Dommage que la chambre ne soit équipée que d'un ventilateur et non pas d'une climatisation. Toutefois l'ensemble reste plus que bien.

Rummet eller snarare studio med ett separat sovrum, vardagsrum och balkong var mycket bra. Mycket fin frukostbuffe och en trevlig stor och lummig trädgård. Maten var däremot dyr vilket man kanske får räkna med när det är ett fyrstjärnigt hotell. Lugnt och bra läge.

Parkähnliche Umgebung. Altersdurchschnitt liegt sehr hoch. bei manchem hatte man den Eindruck sie würden eine Auszeit vom Altersheim nehmen. Frühstück an der unteren grenze eines 4+Hotels. Personal im Frühstücksraum beim Abräumen auf den gemeinsam benutzten Wegen teils ziemlich rücksichtslos.

Det er nu fjerde gang, vi har boet på Pestana Village, og det siger vel alt. Hotellet ligger, sammen med Pestana Miramar, på en skråning, og flere bygninger af forskellig højde omkranser de skønne pool-områder. I haven er der et væld af sjældne og spændende vækster, - en smuk botanisk have ! Der er hyggeligt og roligt, og det meget venlige personale sørger for en venlig og afslappet atmosfære. Der er levende musik I vinterhaven om aftenen, og vi plejer at danse, når vi er vendt tilbage efter en middag ude I byen.

Me encantan los hoteles con bonitos jardines y este tiene un jardin precioso donde da gusto pasear. Sus rincones son deliciosos. El personal del restaurante es muy amable. Hay una piscina cubierta que tiene el agua demasiado fria como para poder recrearse.

A beautiful site with garden and pool areas, quiet and comfortable, nice views to Funchal hills. Very friendly staff, nice pool and snack bars, tasty and big breakfast buffet. Clean, cosy rooms with large bed, nice balkony. I liked the location very much, not in the crowded city center, but close enough to walk or take a bus. Taxis are also really cheap! Pricy restaurant, breakfast buffet a bit crowded.

Helpful staff, location - proximity to dowtown Overall the hotel was quite good. If I had a choice I would definitely prefer not to stay in the main building: it lacked some of the character of smaller villas and it was not really quiet due to live music in the winter garden till 10-11 p.m.
