We enjoyed our stay there especially the beach facility and the beach attendant who was very helpful. Our only criticism is that the hotel staff are a not very friendly. When we arrived we were just pointed in the direction of our rooms, there was no offer of help or welcome. |

The beach area is a big plus for this hotel especially with the sunshine in June. The Chef's Special offer of dinner for 35 euro ... but you had to buy 3 coupons in order to avail of it (i.e. pay 105 euro). |

The breakfast outside on the lovely balcony overlooking the sea and swimming pool. The outdoor pool wasn't heated and there was work going on at the beach. |

We just spent 6 days in Portugal, 2 nights of which were spent at the Pestana Alvor Praia. We had an oceanview room, and it was fantastic. We spent one day on the beach and another day pool-side. The breakfast buffets were absolutely wonderful!!!! |

We stay a few times every year for the past 5 years. We enjoy the access to the beach, good weather, friendly staff and fab food. The sky tv c4/itv was lost from the tv set for 5 out of the 7 days we stayed so we missed Big Brother. Dirty glasses left in the room and towels not changed during turndown service. |

Beach and pool closeby. Very nice breakfast. Staff friendly and willing to help. Great location. Several beach chairs in the pool were taken for almost the whole day, without being noone using them. Hotel should revisit his policy regarding this issue. It is very unfair not to be able to use the beach chair because is taken but nobody is using it for hours. |

A localização. O cheiro das plantas e das árvores. A magnífica vista. O silêncio. Não se houve o arrastar de móveis durante a limpeza matinal, ruído tão típico em vários hotéis espanhois. O hotel está envelhecido e desleixado. O mini bar estava sujo e ferrugento. Na casa de banho havia vários pontos com ferrugem e a porta precisava de ser pintada. Aliás são muitos os pontos do hotel com ferrugem e a carecerem de pintura. O chão à volta da piscina estava muito sujo, as espreguiçadeiras e mesas de apoio já precisam de reforma. O sistema de toldos é inqualificável. Não resitem ao vento existente e partem com enorme frequência para voos picados sobre as pessoas chegando mesmo a cair na praia, tudo com o risco real de ferir seriamente alguém, particularmente crianças. |

Las instalaciones son muy buenas y la amabilidad del personal es extraordinaria. Es un hotel tranquilo y cómodo que se presta a pasar unos días de relax tanto en familia como en pareja. Cerca hay lugares de diversión (Portimao) y para comer bien. El conjunto de características del hotel (situación, habitaciones, personal, instalaciones, etc.) está muy equilibrado con su precio. |

ubicación en la playa, tamaño habitación, el servicio de restaurante estaba centrado en atender el buffet y tardaban mucho en atender a la carta. el buffet era extrañamente caro en comparación con la carta. no repusieron los jabones hasta el último día, como había leido en alguno de los comentarios de otros usuarios |

Strålande läge nära havet med fin strand. Fin inomhuspool med 31 grader i vattnet. Mycket bra o god frukostbuffe. Onödigt dyr roomservice. Myror på rummet och heltäckningsmattor som på många ställen blir ofräscht. Svårt att hitta till hotellet ! |

Mooie lokatie,goed ontbijt , mooie opzet van kamers , mooie omgeving De properheid van de kamers ,wij hadden doorlopend een massa mieren in ons bed.Het enige wat hieraan gedaan werd is het achterlaten van een bus insectenverdelger,die tevens gebruikt werd om ons beddengoed te bewerken.Wij hebben herhaaldelijk gevraagd om van kamer te wisselen,zonder enig gunstig resultaat. |
