Beach and pool closeby. Very nice breakfast. Staff friendly and willing to help. Great location. Several beach chairs in the pool were taken for almost the whole day, without being noone using them. Hotel should revisit his policy regarding this issue. It is very unfair not to be able to use the beach chair because is taken but nobody is using it for hours. |

The weather was amazing every day. The staff we very helpful. The hotel was close to a town which provided more options for food and drink.
The guests were not the most friendly. Everyone kept to themselves.

The rooms have a lot of space. You can have breakfast and dinner outside with view on the swimming pool and the sea. The rooms were very good constructed - they stay cool during the day (even without a need to use the airconditioning). Only the hotel management, the staff at the reception and the higher staff in the restaurant understand English or French (few). The other staff (cleaning, restaurant, ...) only speaks Portugese. Some of the staff in the restaurant for breakfast isn't professional (for example the preparation of eggs). The swimming hasn't got a good water circulation system. The prices of consumation at the pool are too high (> 3 EUR for a bottle of mineral wather). Due to the fact that the hotel is situated in a beautiful green area, you need to walk a long time before you find a shop or supermarket. When you compare the hotel with other beach destionations like Gran Canaria for exemple, a lot of luxury in the hotel is rather common on other destinations or has a better price/quality (the Portugese Algarve region is in general expensive). The hotel is also used on one way or another for the selling of time sharing products. |

o factor hotel com praia para um hotel 5 estrelas o pequeno almoço tinha de ser de outra qualidade eos empregados tambem e ter toalhas sempre a disposiçao nao como me aconteceu tive sempre todos dias 20 min a espera de toalhas |

Mooie en prettige locatie aan het strand. Rustige omgeving en leuke restaurantjes aan het strand. Service was zeer slecht voor een vijf sterren hotel. Bij aankomst niemand aanwezig voor assistentie met de koffers en de auto. Eerste dag een kamer gekregen met een niet werkende airconditioning en penetrante rioollucht. Na klacht over geur werden we de volgende dag overgeplaatst naar een andere kamer maar niet van harte. Bij vertrek slechts gesprek over betaling, geen verder gesprek of gedag. |
