We stay a few times every year for the past 5 years. We enjoy the access to the beach, good weather, friendly staff and fab food. The sky tv c4/itv was lost from the tv set for 5 out of the 7 days we stayed so we missed Big Brother. Dirty glasses left in the room and towels not changed during turndown service. |

Beach and pool closeby. Very nice breakfast. Staff friendly and willing to help. Great location. Several beach chairs in the pool were taken for almost the whole day, without being noone using them. Hotel should revisit his policy regarding this issue. It is very unfair not to be able to use the beach chair because is taken but nobody is using it for hours. |

The weather was amazing every day. The staff we very helpful. The hotel was close to a town which provided more options for food and drink. The guests were not the most friendly. Everyone kept to themselves. Did not like the idea of people reserving sunbeds by just placing a towel on it early in the morning and then not showing up until the middle of the afternoon. Very selfish. |

Mooie en prettige locatie aan het strand. Rustige omgeving en leuke restaurantjes aan het strand. Service was zeer slecht voor een vijf sterren hotel. Bij aankomst niemand aanwezig voor assistentie met de koffers en de auto. Eerste dag een kamer gekregen met een niet werkende airconditioning en penetrante rioollucht. Na klacht over geur werden we de volgende dag overgeplaatst naar een andere kamer maar niet van harte. Bij vertrek slechts gesprek over betaling, geen verder gesprek of gedag. |

Es la tercera vez que he estado en el hotel en un año. El personal te trata con cortesia, amabilidad y siempre con una sonrisa. Algunos se acuerdan de estancias anteriores y se adelantan a mis gustos. Las hamacas de la Piscina deben cambiarles las telas, estan muy descoloridas por el sol. |
