The hotel was excellent. Fine facilities and location and very courteous and helpful staff. We enjoyed our visit very much and will stay at the Pestana Carleton on future visits. "We will automatically add to your bill a one Euro donation to charity unless you ask us not to". I give plenty to charity and one Euro is an insignificant amount, but I don't like hotels or other businesses reaching into my pocket without permission. |

O Hotel é espectacular a localização fenomenal. A simpatia das pessoas é bastante acima do normal. Sem dúvida que recomendo este hotel a todos os que visitarem a Madeira.Levamos o meu filho com 19 meses que foi tratado como um principe. Adoramos a vista do nosso quarto no 16º andar. Baixar um pouco os preços praticados nos bares e restaurante |

As estruturas de apoio ao cliente são de grau elevado. O pessoal é gentil e procura sempre a satisfação do cliente. O ar condicionado deveria estar operacional em periodos de baixa temperatura oferecendo o conforto do calor nesses momentos. |

Jeg synes hotellet er fremragende, dog var swimmingpoolen ikke opvarmet nogle dage,og da vi vælger carlton er det netop på grund af den opvarmede pool, så var det ikke tilfredsstillende. nej. |

Prachtige ligging. Schone kamers. Goede service. Kwaliteit van het avondeten was wel goed maar zeker niet bijzonder.In nabij gelegen restaurants kon je vaak beter eten voor zelfde of minder geld. |

la habitacion el desayuno buffet los empleados y las vistas desde la habitacion y todo el hotel si,no avisaron de laas tarifas del telefono desde la habitacion pues sus precios son desorbitados por solo 4 lamadas de diez minutos a españa nos cobraron 170 euros y 20 euros mas por una llamada sin contestar tambien nos disgusto que cobraran el parking la comida quitando el desayuno es bastante mala comparada con la buena gastronomia que hay en la isla |
