Spa break A little disappointed that we weren't warned of building works at the nearby casino which was directly opposite our room. These were rather noisey and disrupted the peace and quiet we had headed to Madeira for. |

The room was comfortable and nicely decorated, the smily and friendly staff, location is a bonus, the pool area is beautiful and the other facilities in good condition and easy access. Amazing views and well looked after gardens. Internet Access prices - it's a 5 star hotel, sure they don't need to make a business also from something that in these days is so easy and cheap to get and free in most other hotels in Madeira. Not enough plugs in the room are in very difficult places. |

The localization near the city center (you can go by foot). The excellent piece of architecture by Niemeyer. The pools (inside and outside) and the Spa. Breakfast is absolutely complete. Prices of bar/restaurants are reasonable. Could have parking car facilities nearby free of charge. |

Nous avons bien aimée l' emplacement prés du centre ville, le spa et ses piscines, la vue et les chambres spacieux! Malheureusement l'ambiente de la salle pour le petit dej est trés grand et sans atmosphère et trop bruyant! |

Da cortesia dos funcionários, do design do hotel, da localização aumento do número de lugares de parque para hóspedes do hotel, já que é muito reduzido, ou alargamento do horário gratuito no parque do casino ( grátis das 21 às 06). esta circunstãncia faz com o preço do querto não seja o anunciado, já que obriga a pagar parque. |

localização Precisa de um "refresh". Os serviços não correspondem à categoria de 5*. Desde os Atoalhados, louça, copos é do mais fraco que tenho encontrado. O preço da ceia de Réveillon -300€ foi um exagero, para a qualidade e variedade do que foi oferecido - vinhos básicos, espumante de 3€...num 5*!!!! - Uma canja(!) e triângulos de queijo e fiambre às 2 da manhã - tenham dó,ou peçam para mudar de categoria |

Da arquitectura do Hotel. Da simpatia e profissionalismo dos funcionários. Sim. lamentámos por não sermos clientes de uma agência de viagem, ter-nos sido solicitado o pagamento à chegada. Não concordo com o pgamento de um serviço antes do seu usufruto. não se compreende num hotel desta categoria, depois de todos os dados pessoais que são requisitados aquando da reserva. O pequeno almoço podia ser ainda melhor, mais ao nível de outros hoteis de 5 estrelas. |

Situation proche de la ville accessible à pied, équipements complets: piscines intérieure et extérieure, sauna, hammam, jacuzzi, petit déjeuner dès 7h le matin utile pour départs matinaux. Ayant séjourné dans 3 hôtels de Funchal, nous retournerions à celui-ci. Chambre un peu petite mais jolie et bien équipée. Le parking payant est aussi celui du Casino, public avec un tarif à la journée si on ne sort pas la voiture. |
