Plenty of room to relax around pool and easy access right next to beach. Clean & spacious lobby, restaurant & bar areas. Nice modern room. Excellent buffet food & breakfast. Overall a decent value for money 4 star hotel Only the fact that some of the staff in the bar, poolside bar & restaurant were not up the the standard of the hotel itself. Eg. Not smiling, more grumpy, not polite enough when taking orders (no thanks yous). Other wise everyone else down to cleaners and poolside attendants were very pleasant and professional. The others above were not |

I liked how close the hotel was to the beach. Reception staff, cleaning staff and waiting staff were excellent. Some bar staff could do another customer care course. |

Bar, piscina, pessoal do restaurante, bar e piscina e animação Retirar sofás cama nos quartos para 2 pax e substituir por uma mesa de trabalho onde caiba um computador, já que não há mesas de cabeceira. Colocar prateleira c/ 2 gavetas por baixo da que já existe. Aumentaria o espaço e o conforto dos quartos. |

Com o chuveiro fixo ligado, escorre água para o chão pela dobradiça da porta de vidro, inundando bastante a casa de banho e arredores, dependendo da duração do duche. Também não há secador |
