We loved everything about the hotel and its surroundings. The staff was great, the room had a beautiful view, the beach was very accessible, the pool glistening and best of all the sangria was wonderful! |

Staff availability, enormous customer care, continuous attention to clients' needs. Magnificent sea views. Cleanliness of everything. Very good restaurant and buffet service. The hotel is old and it shows. Pestana is a very well established brand and Viking clearly needs an upgrade (small details like holes on the wall or worn out carpets). The area is massively built and it must be horrendous in the summer time (probably not the hotel's fault). |

The cliffside location is amazing and the kitchenettes in the rooms are excellent to make drinks and light snacks.The staff are very friendly. There are very intrusive seagulls in the gardens and some of the loungers are in need of replacement. The decor is a bit shabby. |

Ligging van het hotel dicht bij het strand en centraal gelegen om daguitstappen met de wagen te doen. Spa en welness ter beschikking, maar luidruchtig door spelende kinderen. Zuiverheid kamers kon beter. Airco luidruchtig en niet krachtig genoeg. |

Tranquilidad, Trato del personal del hotel, Servicio del Bar y Piscina Bar de Tapas y Restaurante cerrados cuando toda la Publicidad dice que estan abiertos en la fecha que he estado. En Bar de la Piscina que pongan un micro-ondas para calentar los padres las comidas de los bebes y no quitar tiempo a los camareros para servir a otros clientes. |

da localização do hotel, das piscinas, das condições de lazer (3 piscinas, ginásio, SPA, sala de jogos) e da eficiência dos funcionários. O hotel é por vezes algo barulhento e o ar condicionado apenas funciona com os clientes nos quartos |

Tenia reservada una habitación doble con vistas al mar y nos dieron un apartamento con vistas, que en nuestro caso con una niña pequeña fue mejor.El personal muy atento y dispuesto a resolver cualquier problema.La playa de fácil acceso y agradable. El desayuno es bastante malo. Dificil aparcar el coche. Los alrededores del hotel. |

Das Hotel befindet sich oberhalb einer traumhaften Bucht mit nettem Fischlokal (leider teuer) in Porches/ Algarve. Der Pool und der gesamte Außenbereich sind wunderschön, allerdings hatten wir den Eindruck, das Hotel selbst hat schon bessere Zeiten erlebt. Wir konnten von unserer Terrasse im 7. Stock aus die Küste und das Meer betrachten. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Das Restaurant hat uns zu keinem Zeitpunkt überzeugt. Das Frühstück war sicher nicht auf 4* Niveau. Instantkaffee, Croissants und Brot, das an Pappkarton erinnerte, keine frischgepressten Säfte... Das Abendbuffet war leider auch nicht überzeugend, weshalb wir lieber in das Fischrestaurant am Strand, oder in eine nahegelegene Pizzeria gegangen sind. |

A suite que me foi atribuida (Nº214) não tem a imagem que tem o hotel no seu exterior, nomeadamente o acesso á mesma passa-se por um local que cheira mal, e a suite e varanda em si, bastante "gastas". |
