Chaves is a great little town, with the tourist focus on its medieval heart (surprisingly good). This was a stop to break the trip from Spain into Portugal (Porto) and we were glad that we did it. Hotel is located right near the heart of town. Plenty of leafy green. Many cafes and small bars. River walk is very nice. Not a complaint ... dated exterior doesn't match the interior. Room was very nice, while the outside looked a little drab and tired.

Excellent accommodation with secure underground parking. Friendly reception staff able to communicate in English. Plenty of restaurants nearby. No restaurant but very good breakfast

Atendimento, simpatia, pequeno-almoço, conforto das camas, garagem incluída no preço, localização (mesmo em frente ao verde das margens do rio, sossegado e ao mesmo tempo muito central). Defeitos menores: quarto apertado para 4 camas e falta de insonorização entre quartos. O pior de tudo foi o escoamento da água na banheira.

Gostei da simplicidade, da higiene, da comodidade, da localização, da simpatia do seu pessoal e também do seu estacionamento gratuito. A falta de um aparelho ou chaleira de água quente na Sala dos P/almoços, assim como de uma pequena decoração nas paredes da mesma Sala. A ausência de motivos decorativos ( pequenos quadros alusivos à cidade) dá à Sala frieza, desconforto e torna-a muito pouco atractiva.

A localização do Hotel Petrus é excelente.. Próximo do Centro Histórico e dos locais de compra e passeios. A qualidade do Hotel é muito boa e com relação custo/benefício excelente.

Serviço simpático e atencioso. Proximidade das termas. Facilidade em acomodarem pedidos específicos: na ementa pequeno almoço, outras necessidades complementaresno quarto, etc. Por vezes, o ruído da rua, devido à centralidade, tornava-se incomodativo.

Atendimento e localização. O quarto dispunha de um péssimo isolamento de som relativamente aos quartos vizinhos. Quando as pessoas utilizavam o duche/secador de cabelo, o barulho era extremamente incomodativo durante as horas de descanso, impossibilitando um efectivo repouso noturno.

Prima hotel. We werden vorstelijk ontvangen ondanks dat de tsroom was uitgevallen blleef men vriendelijk en gastvrij.. Stroomuitval was van korte duur. Prima kamer met veel extra'S. We hebben we echt van genoten. Dan inclusief de prijs een prima ontbijt de volgende morgen wat wil je nog meer!! Prima adres!! Het was moeilijk te vinden. Op onze tomtom kwam het adres niet voor. We hebben lang moeten zoeken.

Hotel bien propre. L'adresse introuvable sur gps, mais l'hotel est en face des Thermes et bien situé une fois trouvé. Je retournerai sans hésitation. Très bon qualité/prix. Bruit nocturne dans la rue, mais étant donné c'était le 1er mai et il y avait une fete dans le parc en face de l'hotel, excusable.

Sem duvida que a localização e a simpatia dos funcionarios é 5 estrelas A falta daquele miminho para receber o cliente no quarto. Na zona fria onde se encontra o hotel ficava bem a cafeteira para aquecer agua e o café ou chá no quarto...

Muy amables en recepcion. Limpio. Garage y wifi gratuitos. A un minuto del centro historicode Chaves. Hacia Frio en la habitacion, sin radiadores y con un sistema ruidoso de ac tanto para calor como para frio, pasamos mala noche; ademas las camas son durisimas. El desayuno un poco limitado (salvo para los muy golosos!)
