Room Service Menu started to feel a bit limited after 2 dinners

Great staff, especially Gina from the reception and Louisa from the restaurant Very good facilities

Wifi only free in certain areas Albufeira, Tavira, Monchique Silves are not really worth visiting, there are no attractions other than the beaches and the golf courses. If it's not sunny it's not fun.

Nice clean apartments. Lots of parking space right near apartments.

Car is a must as the territory is huge. Restaurants within resort are overpriced especially for that area where you can eat outside way cheaper and even better local food. End of March is still pretty cold season and we had rains almost every day

For families with children, it is heaven. They found many friends and did not use the clubs simply because they were happy as they were. The restuarants are not that good, but we survived. Staff are very friendly and on the whole great. Breakfast was great.

The hotel shop is hopeless, which I guess is to encourage you to use the restuarants. There is a shop just outside the resort that was great. You have to ask for information, it is not given freely, which is annoying -but I knew this before we went from other reviews so expected this. To pay for WiFi is annoying when you are already paying a high rate for the room. This is my general complaint, that when paying so much for an apartment, to then have to pay for extras makes you feel diddled- so 5 Euros for each mini golf stick, it is bad and not necessary.

O'Pescador restaurant is best visited for comedy value only, worst service ever...but food very good!

Superb accom. Amazing grounds, great breakfasts every day. Big plus for families includes the kitchen, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher... Supermarket 20 metres from entrance

Out of season, not much going on, many restaurants closed, but we did visit piri piri. It was very popular. Ordered 4 fillet steaks, one was saltier than seawater, sent it back. After 10 minutes, received a truly awful rump steak which they tried to pass off as a butterflied fillet. No chance. Complianed again. Offered free bottle of wine and 25 percent off the bill, but still, we are not going back. Next night, tried the international buffet which for a 5 star resort was poor, no live cooking stations, everything looked tired. So surprised after all our amazing breakfasts. Also, desserts sat out too long, cream was inedible. Complained again. Management apologetic. I am not a serial complainer, and would have not complained if the cream had not been so badly off. These dining experiences spoiled what was otherwise an excellent stay, and we are definately going back, just eating offsite.

The accommodation, setting, amenities and staff at this hotel complex are all excellent. We have now visited on three occasions and would return without hesitation

The quality and cleanliness of all of the facilities was excellent.

Would have appreciated a bit more of an orientation to the facilities and services available. A huge resort with lots going on. We were more or less left on our own to figure it all out.

As always the stay was first class- facilities, staff, cleanliness- all fantastic

Wonderful flat in the Residence. Great Breakfast buffet. Fantastic facilities (Beach, swimming pools inclding the indoor swimming pool at the Sheraton - great for rainy days, children club), unique environement (golf, trees, gardens, cliff and beach), very helpful and friendly staff. Hotel restaurants very expensive but lots of great and cheaper much addresses in the hotel neighbourhood. Would recommend having a car (or renting one) as the site is huge with bus rotations through the site every 30-60 minutes only (mini-train: fun for children but quite slow and uncomfortable). Possibility to book a 60 minutes presentation about investment opportunity in the vacation complex which gives right to a selection of reductions (one free meal in our case at the main buffet restaurant: worth the chat which was interesting anyway). Carefull not to loose the cards provided for towels: there is a 50€ caution on each card!

Me ha gustado el apartamento, muy completo y muy bonito. También me ha gustado mucho el lugar, me ha parecido un sitio ideal.

No me ha gustado que atendiendo a las cinco estrellas que posee el domingo de pascua no hayan limpiado los baños y cambiado las toallas simplemente que hayan hecho las camas. Tampoco me gustó que no nos hayan explicado los servicios de los que disponíamos, así como que hubiera que pagar por utilizar material del parque infantil, y que no tuviera más animación infantil.

La ubicacion es fantastica, los apartamentos muy comodos y bien equipados,el entorno maravilloso y el personal encantador.

Lo unico que no me ha gustado es que estando en el algarve los zumos de naranja del desayuno no fuesen naturales me parece inadmisible que en una region donde la naranja es uno de sus atractivos y ademas estando en un hotel de 5* ocurra esto pero por lo demas todo fantastico.

Die Anlage des Hotels ist sehr groß und weitläufig. Die Anlage ist letzlich ein riesiger Garten, der top gepflegt ist. Sehr schön anzusehen.

Da zu der Jahreszeit ein Bad im Meer oder im Außenpool zu frisch und kalt war, wollten wir den Innenpool nutzen. Dieser wurde jedoch leider bereits um 18:00h geschlossen. Feierabend.

L'espace et beaute du site

Le bruit des tondeuses du golfe trop tot le matin, ainsi que l'arrosage automatique a 5 h du matin qui nous reveillent.

номер очень очень комфортный.завтраки -высший уровень!

очень большая территория.не удобно добираться до пляжа. в отеле много гостей.

Restaurant de la plage qualité et service n est pas digne de l hôtel certaine activité nautique mal organisé

Det var helt fantastisk fra a til å. Du betaler for det, men til gjengjeld ikke mye mtp det du får igjen av opplevelser for en selv og sin familie. Atmosfæren, servicevennligheten og ikke minst gjestene der gjorde ferien vår til 1 av topp 3! Anbefales for alle kategorier. Det gjorde heller ikke noe at golfbanen låg 20 meter fra leiligheten:-)

Het is een oase van rust met alle faciliteiten binnen handbereik. Prachtige accommodatie, heerlijke bedden en super ontbijt. Diverse restaurants op het complex.

Je moet betalen voor het gebruik van internet, en dat is eigenlijk te gek voor zo'n luxe complex.
