The apartment was big, modern, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Kitchen bigger than expected and very well equipped. The grounds around the hotel are huge and immaculately kept. All the staff were courteous and friendly and breakfast was fab. We travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels around the world and this rates amongst the best ever. Paying 15 Euros a day for internet. Grrrr

Luxurius residences, beautiful location, amazing 9 holes golf on the cliffs, fantastic breakfast, very friendly staff. Large indoor pool and several outdoor pools. The seasons starts on April 1th, so the beachclub was closed. It was a 15min. But very nice walk from our residence to breakfast in the main hotel. We had a disagreement about breakfast beeing invoiced to us (690 euros) in spite of it beeing included in the booking.com arrangement. According to them their contract with booking.com is without breakfast. After some discussion it was arranged to our satisfaction. Still this is something which needs to be solved between booking.com and pine cliffs residences

We stayed at Pine Cliffs for 6 nights in the beginning of Jan 2012. The first thing that strikes as the magnificent and impecably maintained territory of the resort. The two bedroom apartment we had was spotless and very convenient, the personel are tactful and would go out of their way to help you at any time. The breakfast was excellent and surely to the standard of a real 5 stars hotel (and this is in low season!). The tennis courts are good, but you'd better take your own rackets as they would charge you 6eur for each on top of the 18eur charged for the court. The experience at the beauty salon was also very good. Heard from the staff that they are having a bigger beuty salon being built which seems a right decision seeing the size of the acommodation. The descent to the private beach is stunning and the Retiru de Isca restaurant outside the hotel is very good (ask about it at the reception). They have deliscious sole fish, clams etc. On the whole an amazing exprience with beautiful weather, fantastic nature and relaxing atmoshere. We'll definitely return to Pine Cliffs! The only slightly negative point to mention is that the bedside lamps are not convenient for reading, but this is really the only point in our view.

Had something there for everyone, golf, spa and plenty for kids plus great sandy beach and lots of pools We were staying out of season so everything was shut or not running but the two restaurants that were still open were as expensive which we didn't think was all that fair although food was good and generous portion sizes. Also no wi-fi and only benches in the shade in the kids playground. Otherwise, fantastic all round family resort.

Excellent location and fantastic accommodation and facilities. The beach down at the cliffs is great. Prices for drinks are high. Diner buffet is average, not of the standard that the rest of the resort is.

A very clean resort with nice pools and staff. Good playground aimed at children mostly above four years old. Good food which was mostly seafood themed although repetitive and expensive. The beach is not accesable for young children who require buggies, although it is a beautiful beach. Food and drink inside the resort is very very expensive. Go half board is a good option, although the buffett is very repetitive even though the theme is supposed to be different every night. The resort is not suitable for children under four in my opinion, due to lack of menu, suitable resturants, walking required to get anywhere etc. Kids club is also very expensive. Also internet is expensive, €5 ph in room, free in reception which can be far from room.

Location, beach and gardens Service far too slow and ineficient, understaffed; kids club needs improvement to make it more appealing; no recycling and not very environment friendly; tighter security over who accesses the resort.

Pine Cliffs Residence is a beautiful resort with many amenities, excellent restaurants and amazing scenic spots & beach. Great for families. Grounds are well groomed. A stay here could be a vacation in itself. If/when I return to this area, I would definitely consider staying here again. There is no complaint about this resort. This resort occupies a very large area with many roadways and intersections. If a map of the roadways within the property can be provided to guests upon booking, it would greatly assist them navigating around the place upon arrival.

The facilities are great and I got a proper holiday which can be difficult to come by with a 3 and 2 year old. The standard of the residences is very high and the cleaning staff keep the place sparkling! It is pricey. A couple of the waiting staff (one or two of the men) at breakfast/dinner at the pine cliffs area were so insincere and over the top that it made for an uncomfortable dining experience.

Pine Cliffs Residence 2 bedroomed suites are exactly as portrayed on the website. Fully equipped - particularly the kitchen and utility room, even a juicer provided. Full size very comfortable beds, daily maid service, all in all superb. Bar prices are a bit steep. No DVD or CD player in the room. In the shower, only one type of shower which is unusual for a 5* deluxe these days. None of these issues would put me off staying there again though. I would have no hesitation in recommending this property whatsoever.

Luxury apartment was superbly equipped, hotel facilities were excellent, breakfast outstanding, extremely courteous and helpful staff, kids loved indoor pool and access to the beautiful beach was first class by way of a lift and private stairs It took us over an hour whilst in the complex, to find where to book in, the reception was closed, the ground staff gave us wrong directions but help came through the sales office who directed us correctly. During the low season you have to book into the Hotel reception which, had it have been made clear on our booking, would have saved some time and red-faces! - but the apartment more than made up for this error! We had a great time.

Unfortunately January was not the best month to visit Pine Cliffs. The weather was brilliant so that was a bonus. We were probably the only people staying there, so it was extremely empty. All but one of the restaurants were closed, the hotel was closed, we stayed in an apartment. It is a huge complex and in summer I am sure it is buzzing. It is in a beautiful setting, you would definately need a car. Our review of the complex is not really fair as so much was closed. The staff were excellent.

A nossa Suite - s813 excelente.

O aquecimento do apartamento é simplesmente ridículo.
