Pine Cliffs Resort  

Fantastic resort.

The apartments were very comfortable for a couple with small children. There was also plenty to do without leaving the resort.

Very family friendly. We have a 4yo son and he was able to go to Kids Club during the day (where the staff were fantastic) and there were babysitters available for the evening. All staff were child friendly E.G. in the restaurants. The spa was fantastic - I had the Luxury World massage twice. Good range of pools - one aimed at kids, one aimed at adults (with a bar). Good reception and concierge services E.G. booking restaurants, taxis & babysitters.

We rented a two bedroom apartment. The lounge and dining furniture was quite uncomfortable, and there were not enough cleaning materials E.G. cloths, detergents. The buffet was not very good - the seafood was overcooked. Much of the food was not very well seasoned. Service at the restaurants was very slow and we had to wait a long time for most meals to be served.

Everything, was the best vacation experience ever had.

There are a wide choice of pools and a great beach.

The apartment that we were shown on-line when we booked it was nothing like we got. The images on the website are of Residence apartments. When we booked it through Booking.com we were allocated a Standard apartment. These are old and very shabby. Nothing like the images at all and certainly not worth the money.

Still a bummer that they charge 13 Euro per day for a baby cot.

The hotel and resort is beautiful and the accommodation was very comfortable. Will definitely have to go back again.

Some of the restaurants are seasonal and were not open.

O resort tem uma localização excepcional e é muito tranquilo. Está tudo muito arranjado e cuidado. O apartamento está um pouco velho e há peças que deviam ser mudadas como por exemplo os sofás, que não estão em bom estado nem a condizer para o hotel e preços praticados, mas o apartamento no geral é muito simpático, com sala com lareira e um enorme terraço com sombras de bonitas áreas. A dimensão é bastante boa para uma família com 2 filhos.

A comida é sofrível e excessivamente cara para a qualidade. Jantámos 1 vez no buffet e 45€ para comida confecionada de forma sofrível é mau, outro exemplo são os preços exorbitantes pedidos por um hamburguer de pacote congelado. Não me importo de pagar mas que a qualidade seja a condizer. De resto já conhecia e gostei bastante.

Brdazo piękny i rozległy teren. pekne i zadbane ogrody, ładna plaża, do której niestety dojść około 200 m., miła i profesjonalna obsługa.

Apartament z dwoma sypialniami, który zarezerwowaliśmy i spędziliśmy pierwsza noc był znacząco poniżej standardu 5-ciu gwaizdek - nieprzyjemny zapach, nieczynne sprzety (zmywarka), kuchnia, nieppzryjemna pościel, połozony na samym skraju kompleksu przy bramie wjazdowej. Dopiero po interwencji w recepcji dostaliśmy przeniesienui do Town House Apartment, który spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Korzystanie z hotelowych barów i restrauracji przy dłuższym pobycie oznacza znaczący wydatek - soft drink 3,5 euro, piwo 5 euro, przystawka 15 euro, danie główne 25 euro.

A localização é muito boa, junto à Praia da Falésia.

A sala dos pequenos almoços tem uma exaustão de fumos que nos pareceu insuficiente. O cheiro dos cozinhados preparados na sala (omeletes, etc.) cola-se à roupa... Passámos um fim de semana de Dezembro numa "villa" do Pine Cliffs Resort. A reserva foi feita ao final da tarde de sexta-feira; quando chegámos à "villa" nesse mesmo dia mas já de noite (cerca 22.00h), as instalações não estavam aquecidas e não havia água quente (termoacumulador não havia sido ligado).
