Location to Beach, Breakfast included was a bonus. We had booked a TownHouse and from the website looked to be a modern, bright airy property; on arrival it was old, dark and damp; with bronchial problems in the family we have to move; 3 options later! We upgraded to a beautiful villa at extra cost of e2500 above that already paid! A expensive but good experience in the end. |

The garden...and location...and service The old furniture and plastic terace equipment ...this is in contradiction to the general standards of the" luxury collection" ....really disapointing |

O pequeno almoço, o espaço das espreguiçadeiras e a praia É bem visivel que o empreendimento já tem alguns anos (madeiras secas, portas que não fecham, materiais muito usados). Tal não pode acontecer em 5 estrelas. |

As Vilas eram inapropriadas em todos os aspectos para um hotel 5 estrelas. Fui advertida no acto de recepção pela funcionária, que as mesmas não pertenciam ao Pine Cliffs sendo a decoração diferente e inapropriada, saliento que que verefiquei a veracidade do alerta, com a agravante de as cortinas estarem rotas, e as casas de banho só teren disponivel chanpo e sabonete, até uma touca de banho tive de pedir.Tal situação é inadmissivel para um Resort com a reputação do Pine Cliffs. |

A localização, mesmo em cima da falésia. Os campos de golf, a tranquilidade dos jardins, as várias piscinas, o espaço com espreguiçadeiras na praia, a hormonia das divisões das villages. Tudo com muita elegância e bom gosto, com estilo de hotel de praia. O pequeno almoço podia melhorar. Afinal é um hotel de 5 estrelas. |
