The rooms were clean and a great size for 2 adults, 2 children and an infant. The staff weren't very friendly, apart from one barman. No greeting or welcome when we first arrived. Very disappointing |

Only overnight stay, travelling back to Spain, but good value and better than expectations. Breakfast acceptable considering cost of overnight stay. Hotel a little difficult to find, certainly advise downloading directions. The beds were clean and comfortable but only one pillow was provided for each bed. The pillow was very small and very thin, providing no support. |

the swimming pool area was lovely and refreshing the showers were the biggest let down the rooms have to offer plus the recpetionist did not greet us on return to out room. |

slow pace and peace ,, the staff were very helpful,a shuttle bus dropped you to towns and beachs which was good.. yes ,,there was no fridge in our room,,so you could not put water or foodin the room.. |

Spacious room, plenty of windows, good luminosity in the room No fridge, kettle or clothes iron in the ground floor rooms. To rent a very small fridge is 5 euro per day. |

The very friendly staff and children's play areas. The pool in the main complex was good. The second pool garden area was unkemot with cigarette butts in the grass. The bathrooms were very dated and hot. With a lingering sewage smell. |

Staff, service, bus service to town which is absolutly essential for non drivers, quiet pool area, rooms, air conditioning, good breakfast even though continental and non British. bus service to town is rather limited, we would like its hours extended |

the small pool at the back of the hotel which nobody told us about.Could do with a even fall pool since kids could drown due to high and low levels. breakfast was a bit cramped.,...short staff poor fernando was run ragged who were slightly stressed. |

The buffet was very good, nice and hot and had four different kinds of meat to choose from. Staff was attentive and friendly. Pool was great and the room was huge plus very clean. |

Cost and room size! At 69 Euro including breakfast It was the cheapest 4 person accom we had in 5 weeks of travelling in Europe. Very hard to find the hotel as we could not understand the address. Our satellite navigation system also could not find it. Fuse blew and we had no lights late in the evening but didn't matter as we were about to go to sleep anyway. |

perfect place for family, they have kids swiming pool, playground (need some fix, but still nice), nice food, and they provide free minibus to go to beach or shop 4 times a day. the room was masive, so huge, loved it, and stuff was friendly and helpful. and all of this at really low price, nice!!!! |

we have stayed at this hotel 4 times and have always been satisfied but this occasion was awful as there was a terrible smell from the bathroom which stopped us sleeping at night i spoke to the reception but was told to put complaint in book please would you arrange for compensation from hotel as we use your website for many bookings and wish to do so in the future thank you |

This was my second time staying at this hotel and this time was for my honeymoon. Upon arriving was provied with a room with a double bed and a free bottle of champagne which I thought was a great touch and kick-started the honeymoon. The staff are very friendly and very helpful, the day receptionist went above and beyond to help us during our stay and all service was always with a big smile. I cant say there is anything I dont like about the hotel however the only improvement I would like to ask of them is maybe the tv in the bedroom. They advertise satelitte tv but it is all portugese! The only English-speaking channel was BBC world news! |

The hotel staff are very friendly, the free bus service linking the hotel to Vilamora and Quarteira is great. Nice pool area and breakfast was more varied than people had made out in reviews. Very well kept hotel and grounds. Nice to be slightly off road as quiet to sleep at night. Really nice guests when we stayed. It is a few Kilometres from the beach and harbour BUT free bus from hotel and taxi only 5-10 mins. Not much for older children, either below 5 years or over 30's would love hotel. Entertainment limited. |
