Die Lage des Hotels, die herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer, das gute Essen! Das Unterhaltungsprogramm am Abend war nicht sehr abwechslungsreich. Der Fitnessraum könnte etwas früher aufsperren, nicht erst um 8 Uhr. |

Die Lage direkt oberhalb des schier endlos langen Strandes mit dem sehr schönen Blick vom Balkon sowie dem direkten Zugang zum Strand; reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet Dass wir bei der Ankunft als erstes darauf hingewiesen wurden dass wir selbst gebucht hätten und deshalb sofort bezahlen sollten-wir hatten zu diesem Zeitpunkt noch nicht mal den Zimmerschlüssel- soviel Misstrauen hatten wir bislang bei anderen Internetbuchungen ( auch über andere Buchungsmöglichkeiten wie z.B. venere.com )noch nie erlebt. Zahlung erfolgte immer am Ende eines Aufenthaltes |

The view and location. Spa is very good and staff seem very well qualified. Space is very quiet and equipment seem to be very good, as well the products used. Food is good considering the size of the hotel. Mini Disco/Bar is nice. Parking is not easy - Should be considered other facilities to people staying at the hotel. It would be good to have a pillow "menu",since those existing at the hotel seem to be made of feathers and smells is sometimes intense and harmful for people suffering of allergy. TV Lcd is good, but image is bad. Would suggest cable TV-variety and image quality would be good. |

It was very good time. Everything was very good. However, as the hotel was almost complete, at breakfast we had to wait long to have our coffee and milk pots. Also the orange juice had too much sugar. But that is nothing compared with the good things we had there. |

high standard of the room and friendliness of the staff. It sits in a prime position on a cliff top with a fantastic view of the cliffs and sea. hotel only been opened for eight weeks and needs a bit of fine tuning but this did not affect our holiday. The general manager we knew from previous porto bay hotels and he specialises in launching new porto bay hotels. I,m sure he will soon sort out the minor problems and it will end up a first class hotel. |
