The staff was very friendly and spoke English and German quite perfectly which came as a surprise. The price (incl. a very good hot and cold breakfast) was also very good. Room is of good standard and the television had enough channels, especially for German speaking people. Room Service very fast. The internet computer is extremely expensive (20 cents per minute) and takes rather long just to start the settings (for which you already have to pay). Apart from that I was absolutely satisfied. |

The hotel is lovely with stunning views over the beach, cliffs, sea. Pool and bar area really nice. staff very friendly. Good bar food. Breakfast was fantastic. We would deffinitely go back but look for sea view room the next time. Room very dark. Garden view room looked over "carpark." Otherwise, clean with fine bathroom. |

The close proximity to the beach, and the very nice poolarea is a big plus. Walking distance to Falecia. And the staff at the hotel are very helpfull. The breakfast is amazing. Would have been nice to have a late check out, but the hotel was busy. All transport booked through the hotel comes at a considerable higher cost (+25% or so), weather it is airport transport or just a taxi. It leaves you with the feeling that you are getting ripped off. There is an extra charge of 10.50 euro to use the tenniscourt. It should be free for guests. |

Staff were very friendly. Hotel was very nice and rooms were cleaned daily, with fresh towels. The pool and bar area was fabulous. I really liked the sorrounding areas of the hotel with relaxation areas in the shade, soft music playing, and again, bar staff brilliant. The breakfast buffet was excellent, really really good. After a delayed check-in, after 11pm, it would have been nice if our luggage could have been brought to the room. |

The Hotel was fantastic: the beautiful beach, the outdoor bars overlooking the sea, the food. I would recommend this hotel to someone who want to chill out by the sea in a nice hotel. The closest town is awful and the closest city, Albufeira, really naff. I would suggest not to choose "Lateral sea view" rooms. I paid a bit more to have this option and the only thing I could see was the car parking. |

It was really relaxing. Although busy there seemed lots of space. The sea views were fantastic. The evening meals were really delicious with lots of choice. It was nice to do some activities eg. water aerobics, dance. The prices in the bar were high. |

One of the nicest hotels in the area. Very well located close to the beach with stairs to the beach (about 130 wide and easy steps). The hotel doesn't have sunbeds service on the beach, just the towels. It would be nice to have some sunbeds from the hotel, although you can rent some on the beach (15 eur per day or 7.5 for half a day). Normal hot lunch (grill, seafood, etc.) is served only until 15-30 for some reason. After that only pizza and sandwiches are available. Couldn't understand the reasoning... Buffet dinner was the same every night and not very good. I'd recommend eating out in one of the restaurants near the hotel (within 5-10 mins walking distance) although the choice is quite limited. |

The service was excellent. The breakfast was superb. I liked the location. It was very peaceful and set in beautiful surroundings. The rooms were very nice and I really enjoyed my whole stay. The prices at the hotel restaurant and bar were high. I understand it is high season but there is an international recession on and this should be taken into account. |

The hotel is located close to the beach, within walking distance. Very good choice for breakfast. We recommend also the restaurants within the hotel for lunch and dinner. The room was very clean. We had a sea view room (on the 4th floor) and it was worth it. If you are looking for a quiet resort, this is not the place. In the area there are a lot of hotels and villas, so you see concrete all around. If you are looking for a more close to nature holiday, this is not the place. |

Nice hotel next to a nice beach. Main part of staff were unable to speak English or Spanish and it didn't look like they liked their job at all, which leaves a bad impression. |

The breakfast was fantastic - huge range of healthy and not-so-healthy food and drinks. New, stylish rooms and well-kept gardens, tennis courts and pool. Beautiful location and views with easy access to 5 miles of beach. We booked a twin room, but were upgraded to a suite on arrival which was amazing! The spa was very popular and all the 'treatments' were fully booked so sadly I was unable to take advantage of the spa during our stay. |
