It was very relaxing, the staff were very accomodating, the view from the hotel was breathtaking, very convenient to some nice restaurants, food was lovely, pool, accommodation and general atmostphere. Would definetly stay here again... the town is quiet enough, gets busy in the restaurants at night. |

Exceptional sea and coastal views from both room and the grounds of the hotel. The poolside surrounds and gardens were very secluded (apart from the windows of the hotel itself). Room rated only fair because of the wardrobe doors almost touching the bed making access to the wardrobes very difficult. Food at the hotel was good but if not eating in the hotel, the range of places to eat in Olhos de Agua was very limited. We were a little surprised at how cool the weather was at the end of May. |

I loved this hotel. The setting is beautiful. The pool and garden area are beautiful and very well maintained and so relaxing. The staff were friendly and approachable and language was no barrier. The rooms were very comfortable and clean and well equipped. The shower was wonderful so powerful and the white fluffy soft towels were pure luxury. The price of milk in the fridge was very expensive, and it would be a nice gesture if this came free. |

My wife and I were searching for a relaxing and classy place to stay. We couldnt have hoped for a better hotel. It was luxerious without being over the top. The staff were great. The hotel had so much to offer it was difficult to leave and explore the area...we would recommend to anyone for a honeymoon location, relaxation or even as a central base to explore the Algarve. |

The proximity to the beach, the fantastic views and the quality of the breakfast. The sauna was not switched on in the morning. The spa area was too noisy with children. |

Spa staff not as good as expected. Not sure how much training they have had. Possibly too young. It was a steep step walk to beach. Pool side loungers not that comfortable. Need cushioned matresses. Meal deals for 3 or 5 nights not very clear. Looks like it is 16.50 for 2 not each and half bottle of wine expensive and prices for coffee, wine and water for evening meals not obvious |

Lasting view on our first Portugal visit was the friendliness and efficiency of everyone both in and out of the hotel. Lovely hotel in a beautiful position but think a one week stay as opposed to two weeks is enough. There is just not enough to do in the surounding area and even with the use of a car, The Algarve is basically a concrete strip albeit somewhat better than the Spanish coast. Drinks prices. Take advantage ( as most seem to do ) of the 50% off in the bar between 5 and 7pm. |

The hotel was clean and modern and the facilities were well maintained. The staff were all keen to help and were well presented. The daily 'happy hour' is a great opportunity to try a few cocktails! The main outdoor swimming pool is large but not heated, so it was a little chilly in March. Overall a very relaxing stay. The trek down to the beach involved many steps which seemend to double on the way back up! |
