Nieuw en schoon hotel. Ligging aan het strand is prima. Lekkende airconditioning. Hierover herhaaldelijk geklaagd maar kreeg niet de indruk dat de receptie dit erg serieus heeft opgepakt. Italiaans a la carte restaurant was bepaald niet goed. Ook het buffet restaurant mag kwalitatief beter. |

The pillows smelt terrible, every time you put your head on one, it let off a ghastly smell. The restaurant meals were a little expensive. |

It was very good time. Everything was very good. However, as the hotel was almost complete, at breakfast we had to wait long to have our coffee and milk pots. Also the orange juice had too much sugar. But that is nothing compared with the good things we had there. |

high standard of the room and friendliness of the staff. It sits in a prime position on a cliff top with a fantastic view of the cliffs and sea. hotel only been opened for eight weeks and needs a bit of fine tuning but this did not affect our holiday. The general manager we knew from previous porto bay hotels and he specialises in launching new porto bay hotels. I,m sure he will soon sort out the minor problems and it will end up a first class hotel. |

Es un hotel de construccion reciente, situación inmejorable por sus vistas, clima y su ubicación junto a la playa y posee unas buenas instalaciones. El horario de limpieza de la habitación llegó a ser hasta las 16:00h. Ofrece como servicio un spa que llega a decepcionar debido a que es demasiado simple. |

Espaços verdes, calma, silêncio, piscina, funcionários mto simpáticos, praia, pequeno almoço. Insonorização do corredor, cheiro a comer no corredor do 1º andar, acesso à praia (150 degraus) para quem tem crianças é complicado. |

no restaurante junto das piscinas a coordenaçao entre os empregados no atendimento a clientes nao é perfeita. muitas das vezes estamos a ser atendidos por 2 empregados e acabamos por nao ser atendido por nenhum. exemplo, quando comecei a almoçar sou atendidopor l empregaodo, em seguida aparece outro a quem peço as bebidas. acabo de almoçar ainda nao tenho as bebidas. |
