Good location. Friendly and helpful staff. Excellent buffet breakfast (with champagne!). Plenty of sun beds. Easy access to beach. Excellent room cleanliness. Expensive to use internet. Poor entertainment in evenings.

Hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful and attentive. The children's entertainer was excellent. Food in the A La Carte Restaurant was good but the food in the main restaurant was disappointing. The hotel needs to look at installing a ramp to the children's pool immediately - the flight of steps is pushchair/wheelchair unfriendly.

Absolutely stunning setting and very child-friendly. The beds were very comfortable, our view was lovely and the staff very professional and friendly. The quality of the breakfast buffet and dinner options were a disappointment, in terms of quality of food and Portuguese options. While the breakfast buffet spread was vast, I would have appreciated: stronger coffee, authentic and high-quality Portuguese pastries and fresher fruit. If the food improved. this hotel would be close to perfect.

The hotel is quite big but still keeps the intimate comfort. The nearby beach is nice and the sea is not rough there, you can easily relax there. The hotel's breakfast is wonderful. The only thing to improve a bit could be the temperature of the water in the pool. It is not very cold but could be better.

I visited with my good friend for a relaxing long weekend. It truely felt like paradise! The location and views were supurb. The staff were friendly and the service was first class. Thought it was more like a five star hotel. Have recommended it to many and I will certainly return one day with my husband for a romantic break. My friend is of the same opionion and we could not praise it enough. We did not want to leave! The only downside was the entertainment but it was low season and the clientel seemed to be mainly couples of a certain age, ourselves excluded!!

Beautiful view from the cliff Bathroom is pretty wasted. As well as all facilities in the room and in hotel. This hotel doesn't provide beach chairs and if you want to go to the ocean you need to pay for chairs with umbrella extra 15 eur per day. Which is quite poor for the price hotel charges per night. Restaurant quality has disappointed as well. I will never stay in this hotel again. In my view value for money is way too expensive. And on top of all hotel charges 8 eur per 1 hour of internet. I felt like a person that was deceived at every corner of this place. Not worth spoiling your holidays by going to this hotel.

First of all we were lucky with the weather at the beginning of October.I Was absolutely satisfied by my living at this hotel.Everything was Ok:personal,food/champagne for the breakfast,which was very good!/,,facilities.Of course,a little "far" is the beach,but it only 139? steps.And the ocean was great-like usually.I Like this hotel.The type of people were respectable there ,what made our vacation more comfortable.The room was cleaned every day,i had no any diffuculties with changing the towels at any times/i mean for the beach/.Albufeira is not far from this place and it possible to reach for pubs,disco ets.We have left at 3 A.M. and the breakfast was ready for us at the reastaurant at this so early time.I Can strongly recommend this hotel.I Hope be back there again.

Copmfortable with clean rooms. Buffet breakfast was excellent with fresh fruit being served in good condition. As it was winter did not go to beach but if we had booked a summer holiday it would have been a disaster with a 20 to 30 minute walk to the beach. i trust their literature explains this fully?

The hotel is excellent, staff are very friendly, rrom and hotel spotless, location is very good, only a 10 min Taxi ride to Albuferia, 10 min walk into Alhos d Agua, close to shops, views are stunning, good food selection. Close to the beach, with the sun that shines in the Algarve you could not ask for more, Fab relaxing Holiday. The only fault I can find was the Shower, it would go from hot to Cold spontaneuosly, other than that No faults at all.

The beds were comfortable. Buffet supper and breakfast, had a very good selection of food, but with so many people in the dining room its wasn't relaxed eating. The food was very good but the dining room was very busy. The only other restaraunt was italian food and was not of a high standard, it reminded me of something you could have bought frozen at a supermarket. The indoor pool was quite small as was the jacuzzi

The hotel and rooms have a beautiful scenery. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. There are good resturants around the hotel. A room with sea view is recommended. Considering the cheap price of food in Portugal, the resturant in the hotel is very expensive. We ate only once in the hotel. The room was smaller than I thought, but comfortable.
