Unbelivable view, although I would have liked a room next to the pool or up on the hill. No A/C. But we knew that when we booked the hotel. |

La vue sur mer. Malgré la propreté, notre appartement sentait le "vieux" et le renfermé. Je pense qu'il n'avait pas été loué ni aéré depuis longtemps. |

Die Poolanlage (riesig und wunderbarer Meerblick) und die Urbanisation insgesamt sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Unser Studio war sehr geräumig und lag in der ersten Reihe über dem Meer - sehr ruhig und mit tollem Ausblick. Das Studio hätte ein 100%iges Schmuckstück sein können - meist geschmackvolle Möbel, viel Platz etc. Leider fehlte aber eine Klimaanlage oder zumindest ein Ventilator. Was jedoch am meisten störte, waren kleine Dinge wie fehlende oder viel zu schwache Glühbirnen, ein absturzgefährgeter Toilettendeckel, etc. und das nichts davon - trotz umgehender Meldung - behoben wurde. |

La piscine, le calme de l'hôtel, la vue imprénable depuis les chambres sur la piscine et la mer, la facilité d'accès, la proprété des chambres... La cuisine du restaurant L'Escargot est plutôt bonne, surtout la morue, mais l'accueil y est assez mauvais et les prix un peu élevés. Pour des prix similaires, préférez le restaurant La Forteresse au centre de Luz où l'accueil est bien meilleur et le cadre magnifique. |

El entorno, las vistas al mar, la tranquilidad, la piscina El mobiliario de las habitaciones se ve algo viejo, el baño también, la decoración no está muy cuidada y cuando quisimos sacar las mantas del armario estaban bastante sucias. |

La situación de los apartamentos bajo la piscina es fantástica. Las vistas y la tranquilidad son insuperables. La playa está un poco apartada, hay qeu ir en coche, pero compensa la situación y una buena piscina. |

O local onde o aldeamento está implementado, que é de grande beleza natural. Pena que a concepção dos apartamentos e o seu equipamento seja de tão baixa qualidade e mau gosto. A conservação e manutenção de todo o espaço é deficientíssima, estando o complexo já francamente degradado. |
