The staff was very friendly and happy to serve you. Big spacious room, clean. The breakfast venue was a bit old and the breakfast itself needs to be improved in quality. |

Es un hotel muy bueno. El personal es muy amable. Hablan español.El desayuno es muy bueno. Los ascensores tardan mucho.Los restaurantes del hotel son bastante buenos pero el servicio es muy lento. Para desayunar hubo que guardar cola. |

Es un hotel muy acogedor, muy tranquilo, respetan tu intimidad. Las habitaciones están muy bien distribuidas, tienes acceso a internet. Tiene piscina, jacuzzi. Pues que algún empleado nos ha puesto mala cara por el hecho de ser españoles, porque tenemos fama de que no solemos dejar propina pero, quitanto a ese empleado en concreto.. bien. No me gusta que la sauna y el baño turco esten en los baños (es decir que esté separado de hombres y mujeres) |

Uitstekend hotel voor mensen die van luxe houden. Op doordeweekse dagen lekker rustig en in het weekeinde veel Portugese gezinnen met kleine kinderen. Gym is redelijk gedateerd maar alles werkt. Toegangkelijkheid van de parkeergarage, voor kleine auto's is het goed te doen maar met een bmw 730 is het lastig. |

Es un hotel bastante nuevo y cuidado y es muy sencillo acceder a él desde la autovia El trato en nuestro caso fue de indiferencia total, no nos ofrecieron la copa de bienvenida mientras a otros huéspedes que se registraban el el mismo monento sí. La información facilitada en recepción fue mínima y no del todo correcta: nos indicaron que nuestro desayuno era continental y que si queríamos americano teníamos que indicarlo expresamente cuando en realidad todo lo ofrecido en el desayuno pertenecía al americano (con recargo de 5€ por persona), el continental eran cuatro productos ubicados en una esquina y con la calidad y variedad del peor bed&breakfast, por supuesto no había ninguna indicación a la vista. El espacio para fumadores estaba en la ultima planta pero había que reservar sitio (con cargo). Amabilidad cero. |

Hotel de boa localização,recepção e portaria atenciosos e eficazes, quartos amplos e cómodos,salas de estar apraziveis, e instalaço~es para congressos adequadas. Não apreciei totalmente o serviço de pequeno almoço,que pecou por algumas faltas, não admisseis em Hotel desta categoria , como seja ,escassas variedades de queijos,ovos (?) mexidos de qualidade discutivel,por exemplo).Globalmente, bom serviço,mas não óptimo. |

Um dos hotéis mais completos que já ficamos em todas as viagens. Serviço impecável. Café da manhã, completo. Funcionários muito bem treinados para oferecer ao hóspede atendimento de primeiríssima qualidade. Instalações luxuosas. Perfeito, em síntese. |

Le luxe, la propreté de l'hôtel, la taille des chambres, les restaurants (gastronomique, italien et japonais). Le métro est à 15mn à pied et on est très vite au centre de porto. Il ya 2 formules au petit déjeuner, la formule continental (que nous avions) est un peu limite, on ne vous propose que du beurre, miel, une confiture, et du jambon. Ce n'est pas digne d'un 5 étoiles. |

L'accueil fut très chaleureux; les services (spa, piscine, fitness, etc.) sont nombreux et en très bon état; les chambres sont très agréables; le buffet de petit-déjeuner est remarquable. En bref, un hotel que nous recommandons chaudement. |

Hotel muito prático, muito bem decorado, bons restaurantes, bom ambiente; os quartos muito confortáveis, bem decorados, bem localizado. Um pouco de falta de privacidade entre as zonas de entrada,os elevadores e o lobby. |

Os funcionários são muito atenciosos. O hotel, a nível geral, apresenta um requinte elevado. Quartos muito bem equipados, decorados e com um excelente conforto. Pequeno-almoço bastante bom, muito variado. Vários restaurantes disponíveis, no espaço envolvente, para os hospedes do hotel e não só. Estacionamente na zona quase nulo. O parque do hotel é bastante caro. Apresentam uma tarifa de 10€, até às 10h da manhã. Assim, até à hora do Check-Out tivemos de pagar, no total, cerca de 15€ de Parque. |
