Porto Trindade Hotel  

The reception staff were very very helpful and attentive. Room and bed comfortable,Wfi,TV,fridge (empty) bottled water provided etc Bathroom clean and reasonable size,buffet breakfast adequate,bar.` Can walk to centre of Porto in 10 minutes, metro station opposite for all other areas including Airport..€1.70 (Taxi about €25-30 ) Red,Yellow and Blue busses near..plus more shopping and many restaurants and monuments. The Casa da Musica is a must for all music lovers and the Restaurant on the top floor is superb at very reasonable prices.

A superb hotel situated near the central Trindade metro station, and just 15 mins walk from the old town and waterfront. Staff were very friendly and helpful - upon arrival we were given a map of the city and several of the major sites and attractions were pointed out to us. The room itself was very clean and comfortable, and there was a good selection at breakfast.

The hotel was very beautiful, directly at the city center and near the metro and train station. The hotel staff was very nice and the room was very stylish and beautiful. The breakfast was good with a lot of fruits. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

Nothing, everything was perfect!

The Trindade Hotel has an excellent location, near Porto's atractions. The metro station is just a few meters away.

Althought hotel's interior looks very clean, the exterior looks dirty and dark (the street). The lobby is small, their is no room for more than 2 to 3 people while doing the check in or asking for help. My room had a double bed, but was to small to walk around.

Very helpfull staff, nice rooms and design of the hotel. Good location of the hotel.

Poor noise isolation in the room facing the street, heard the trams and cars all night.

The hotel seems to be a little bit dark. The rooms are pretentiously furnished but there is not enough light. Our room was facing small park in from of the hotel and we could also see the part of some office building nearby. There is a small bar on the ground floor and hotel offers a welcome glass of Porto wine, at the same time you can order hamburger or sandwich there. Bar is too dark also and seems not to be really cosy place. Hotel got an agreement with the parking garage nearby and you can leave the car there for the period from 6:30 P.M. up to 09:30 A.M. free of charge, for the rest of time you have to pay on your own. Do not forget to stamp the garage ticket at the hotel reception to use this offer. Parking garage is big enough and seems that there is no problem with parking. Hotel staff speaks not really good English, they are not friendly enough and could not recommend anything – tried several times with different people. Breakfast is ok, but nothing special for 4 star hotel. They serve instant coffee, so you must ask for espresso. It is rather tricky as normally there is no staff in the breakfast room – try to catch them if you got used to drink a normal coffee in the morning. Sleeping quality is not poor, but not really good, I would rate it as 3 from the 5 scale grade. Hotel is located not far from the main shopping street of Porto (Catarina) and more a less close to the river, so location could be considered as acceptable. I can recommend this hotel, but I would prefer to try another one next time.

Great hotel! Loved everything about it. The location was amazing almost right across the street from the Trindade subway stop. Located right in the city with great walking distance to everything. The hotel was very nice on the inside. Breakfast choice was huge! Staff was nice, friendly, and helpful when needed. Highly recommend!!!

The only thing negative is the bed was pretty had, but my husband pulled out the extra comforter and put it down on the bed.

Fashionable. Nice room. Very good breakfast, In proximity to the commercial centre. Just out of metro station.

The bar was a little bit dissapointed. Public car parking was another problem (max park time 2 hours)
