The hotel is incorporated into a 14c fort overlooking the ocean. Very intriguing, with lots to discover. The village is right next to the fort, and has many little shops and cafes to explore. Just past the village are walking trails through the hillside forests and farmlands. There is also a golf course nearby, fun to play, very relaxed atmosphere. |

Fantastic views over the sea from our room, walking around the battlements of the castle, the peace and quiet within the hotel and the slight distance from the noise of the town. The decor and architecture and sympathetic way the hotel was built into the ruins of the castle made it a really good experience. |

Da gentileza e da cordialidade dos empregados que está, verdadeiramente, acima da média em Portugal. Os quartos são muito barulhentos, porque o quadro de electricidade, apesar de colocado no roupeiro, provoca um ruído de fundo que nos impede de dormir tranquilamente. O mesmo defeito, quanto ao ar condicionado...de resto o hotel é muito agradável. |

Sossego, conforto, localização e a excelente paisagem da baía de Angra do Heroísmo. Excelente arquitectura e design inserido num forte com centenas de anos. Nada a apontar quanto à estadia a todos os níveis. Apesar de ser de pequena dimensão (penso que 29 quartos) penso que deverão aperfeiçoar/melhorar o nível do buffet do pequeno-almoço. |

Gostei do Ambiente envolvente e da calma Tive problema c a internet do Hotel. Utilizei-a apenas no 1º dia e estava a ir abaixo de 2 em 2 minutos. Nunca mais pude utilizá-la o que me causou transtorno a nível profissional, pois tive de usar o tlm (tb havia pouca rede no quarto e a maioria das vezes nenhuma). Recorri ao jardim onde havia rede onde passei horas ao telefone a resolver assuntos que poderia ter resolvido fácilmente por email. |
