All the staffs are very nice especially the front desk.

Very difficult to find the location, but it is worth it.

Restaurant got our order wrong and didn't handle it well

It is a beautiful palace with friendly staff, which yet had its rooms all built in a brand new area. Therefore, all guests can enjoy the palace area, which is the service area, and have all the comfort a modern hotel can offer. Breakfast was excellent, and dinner was reasonably priced and quite good, although not really "gourmet".

They charged us for a family room, because of my three year-old. Thus, I was expecting a bigger room, maybe with a small separate area for her -- as we had the last couple of times we went to hotels, for no extra charge. However, it was a regular double room with an extra bed. Also, the chlorine in the swimming pool made our eyes hurt, and the temperature of the Turkish bath and the sauna were too hot and too cold, respectively, but there was no staff at the spa to resolve those issues.

A happy marriage between modern design and an interesting historic building. The restaurant - breakfast in particular - was very good, with the possibility of eating on the terrace with great views to the sea in the distance. Beautiful pool in spacious area in front of hotel, again with lovely views.

Nothing! Though it was sad that some of the palace gardens are still waiting to be restored.

Very good price and very nice but a bit lacking in facilities for a 5 star hotel

No robe or slippers supplied although the receptionist told me that I could order them. One does not expect to have to order such items in a 5 star hotel.

One word describes this Hotel - Fabulous! Gorgeous design, marrying the original palace with modern bedrooms. We liked everything about it. Location. Friendly staff. Excellent food. Views. Atmosphere. Would recommend unreservedly, and would happily return. A very special place!

the Computers and internet should get an upgrade. low Wi-Fi reception around the hotel and rooms. computer for use - charged? too greedy...

Piscina interior mínima, con 4 pax ya estaba llena.

Os quartos são espaçosos e as camas são muito boas. A envolvência natural da pousada é excelente, bem como o enquadramento arquitectónico entre o antigo palácio e as modernas acomodações, que está muito bem feito.

Não se poder visitar toda a área de jardim que circunda a zona do palácio. Alguns acessos estão mesmo ao abandono. A piscina interior e o espaço complementar a esta, é muito pequeno para o nº de pessoas que se encontram habitualmente alojadas na pousada.

Es un palacio precioso, las habitaciones están en un ala nueva y son grandes, limpias, cofortables, tranquilas, en definitiva, perfectas. El desayuno correcto y el personal amabilísimo. Tuvimos que adelantar nuestra salida y no nos cobraron las noches reservadas que no estuvimos. Es necesario llevar coche porque Estoi es un pueblo muy pequeño y está a 8 km. De Faro. El aparcamiento no es un problema y es gratis.

Logeren in een mooi historisch monument is altijd uniek - verzorgd ontbijt vooral leuk als je op terras kunt zitten met zicht op de tuinen - prachige bedden in ruime kamers

De new-age muziek die aan de ontbijttafel en in de liften eerder irriteert dan ontspant - de houten vloeren en kasten in de kamers mogen eens geboend en met speciaal product gekuist worden om ze mooi te blijven houden - de smalle weg om het hotel te bereiken zonder tegenliggers aan te treffen

La villa è semplicemente meravigliosa! Strategica la posizione per conoscere il sud del portogallo! Le bellissime camere e la piscina esterna! Niente male anche il piccolo centro benessere
