Excellent central position.Good breakfast. Dark interior.Poor bedside lighting for reading.No safe in room.Staff did know about existing bus sevices to Porto airport.

Our room overlooked the famous pedestrian Square de N.S.da Oliveira with all around lovely ancient houses, a church and locals/tourists at cafe tables, all quiet and friendly. The old-time furniture, the bed sizes and comfortable armchair/settee in our sitting room were stylish. The special touches, the often changed wonderful quality bedlinen, the care and friendliness of staff were a daily treat to enjoy. The rooms were quiet and enough soundproof, the bathroom was well equipped with new towels whenever we wanted. Breakfast was generous, varied and healthy with fruits, savouries, breads, cheese etc. All staff were caring, helpful and very friendly. The only thing below standard was the mattrass of one of the beds: the side had been sat upon and sloped precariously. But because each bed was wide the middle section of the mattrass was still supportive and I didn't fall out - but this could have been better.

Zevkli dekore edilmiş,rahat ve büyük oda. Merkezi konum, Kahvaltısı mükemmeldi. Banyo perdesi...banyo daha geliştirilmeli.

Tudo esteve perfeito! O edifício está modernizado, tendo suas fachadas preservadas e instalações modernas, com elevador e banheiros modernos. Os funcionários são gentis, o café da manhã e farto e saboroso e os quarts sã omuito confortáveis. O restaurante do hotel não funciona mais, porém isto não trás maior impacto porque a cidade tem excelentes restaurantes.

De inrichting van de kamer was heel stijlvol. Het ontbijtbuffet was uitgebreid en verzorgd. Het uitzicht vanuit onze kamer viel wat tegen. Wij keken binnen bij de overburen. Wanneer we helemaal uit het raam hingen zagen het mooie plein.

Uitstekende ligging in centrum, mooi historisch gebouw. Hoewel in de welkomsbrief op de kamer wordt opgegeven over de gastronomische kwaliteiten van de pousada, moet de gast het hier doen met een pover ontbijt. Geen lunch en geen diner.

mooie pousada echt midden in de stad, mooie kamers hard bed, niet met de auto bereikbaar, geen parkeergelegenheid in de nabijheid, restaurant was na 1700 gesloten, relatief duur voor die prijs

El personal del hotel es muy atento y la ubicación del hotel es fantástica, en pleno casco antiguo y en la zona más animada (hay restaurantes, terrazas, bares de copas...). Me ha parecido un inconveniente que el restaurante del hotel estuviera cerrado.
