The location was wonderful. It was right in the center of town, on the water, and next to the marina. Breakfast, and particularly the coffee, was terrible. Service could have been more attentive as well. |

Die ruhige, entspannte Atmosphäre, die aufmerksamen, freundlichen Angestellten und das Frühstücksbüffet. Der Kaffee, der auf einer Wärmeplatte vor sich hin brodelte, war bisher der schlechteste und aromaärmste, den wir in Portugal-Festland und auf den Azoren getrunken haben. Man kann aber gut auf die frisch gepressten Säfte ausweichen, ist sowieso gesünder ;-) |

Schitterend uitzicht vanuit de kamer! Ontbijt is correct maar fantasieloos, maar dat geldt natuurlijk voor 85% van de hotels. |

O facto de haver unhas (que seguramente não eram nossas) no lavatório é absolutamente indesculpável e simplesmente nojento!!! O Restaurante é caro e a qualidade dos pratos não acompanham o preço (o semi-frio de morango de morango não tinha mesmo nada de morango a não ser o corante) e o pequeno-almoço poderia aproveitar muito mais as iguarias locais. |

Cet hotel est situé face à l'Ile de Pico , si l'on a la chance ,comme nous, d'avoir une chambre de ce coté , la vue du balcon de la chambre est magnifique l'hotel est situé en plein centre de Horta et la déco est très soignée Dommage que la piscine, qui est magnifique, ne soit pas un peu plus entretenue, les pigeons s'y donnant rdv dommage également que le café du petit déjeuner soit imbuvable!!! |

Utsikten över hamnen i Horta. Centralt beläget, nära till allt. Att man tilläts röka trots "rökfritt rum". Vår granne rökte på balkongen från tidig morgon till sen kväll. |

Poder desfrutar da extraordinária vista e localização da pousada, junto à marina da Horta, com vista para a ilha do Pico. Excelente decoração e arranjo dos espaços exteriores envolventes (piscina). Qualidade da cozinha muito boa. Melhorar rapidez no atendimento ao jantar no restaurante |

Mooie omgeving,fijne lounch,uitzicht en kamer. De muziek bij diner en ontbijt vind ik zo erg,dat het een rede zou kunnen zijn om niet hier te lunchen en dineren.Het is echter een wereldprobleem.Vinden andere gasten dit ook?Ik denk eigenlijk dat niemand er op gesteld is.Weg met muzak en dergelijke.Het is iets anders als het om eigen muziek zou gaan. |
