went hiking in the national park, to see a beautiful waterfall and on the way we encountered "wild" horses! the breakfast was rather poor and unprofessional looking(for the usual standard for pousadas)also we had a room in the old part of the hotel were the wood furniture was in urgent need the be repainted!! |

Comfortable room; good bathroom. Good service, particularly in restaurant. Our balcony faced due south and needed some shade; balcony furniture rather tired, as is the garden. Restaurant prices are 'sky high', gourmand rather than gourmet. The prices for wine are extortionate; we bought local vinho verde at 3.30, price for exact same in restaurant 17.50! Second night we met other guests also 'Dining out'. Mini-bar same comment. |

I liked everything. The hotel and its surroundings are perfect. The staff works good. The hotel is not too big. It's very cosy. I cant imagine wanting more from a hotel. It's simply perfect. |

O ambiente envolvente, a paz e os óptimos pequenos almoços. A piscina é muito agradável. O pessoal é muito simpático e atento. A pousada é sossegada e limpa. Sentimo-nos «fora deste mundo». Uma pousada inserida na natureza deveria ter protocolos/acordos com entidades/empresas locais que proporcionassem ao cliente experiências de turismo de natureza (caminhadas organizadas, passeios de barco, etc.) dado haver muita oferta na zona do Parque Natural do Gerês. Pena é não haver um percurso pedestre directamente da Pousada para o centro habitacional no sopé da montanha.O campo de ténis carece de renovação do piso. Melhor relação preço-diversidade de Oferta do Bar (sandes com salada verde, panini vegetarianos, por ex., fruta). |

la terrasse offre un point de vue sur une retenue d'eau au milieu des montagnes du nord du portugal... où le silence n'est troublé que par le chant des oiseaux ! le personnel est attentif et le restaurant offre aussi des plats traditionnels régionaux. une belle étape dans la découverte du minho le fait que la pousada ne se dénomme pas toujours de la même façon (internet, GPS et panneaux indicateurs) est un peu désorientant ! d'autant que les alentours ne ressemblent pas à une autoroute ! on est en pleine montagne je le rappelle... |

La terraza y el restaurante tienen unas vistas maravillosas. El trato del personal fue muy amable. Las habitaciones con cama de matrimonio no tienen vistas hacia el embalse y la piscina se encuentra en la parte posterior del hotel, sin vistas tampoco. Ofrecían pista de tenis pero estaba en mal estado y la iban a convertir en aparcamiento, deberían informar con claridad de qué instalaciones ofrecen realmente. |

el paisaje que se ve desde el mismo El hecho de que, teniendo otras habitaciones libres, nos dieran la que está preparada para minusválidos que, en este caso, y por lo que pudimos ver, tenía menos servicios que las otras. Después nos la cambiaron porque, además, tenía la cerradura estropeada |
