Amazing garden! Reception staff was friendly, we got a big room with a balcony and comforable clean bathroom. Breakfast- nothing special, but quite filling buffet assortment. Hard to notice the doorbell :) |

Beautiful rooms!!! Very helpful and always smiling staff. About 10 minutes walking distance from city centre, which is perfect, since you have an opportunity to discover other parts of Lisbon. Or you can take the little cute tram (100m from the hotel) directly to the city. The area is very multicultural, but it doesn't mean that it is unsafe (as many people would suggest). Nevertheless, maybe not a hotel for single travelers with children. Apart from this exception: Highly recommended!! The check-in at 2pm. We arrived much much earlier... But I must say, that the staff did everything in order to provide us a room as early as possible - with success! So rather a +! |

The Staff are excellent, the garden is awesome, the locatiom is ideal (very close to the Metrop Station). The fee is well worth for the whole stay. The parking is very limited during the day but there's a lot in the evening. Not a stopper to choose this hotel. There's no Aircondition in our room. |

Nice spacious room, friendly staff, nice and simple breakfast, central location, not much noise from traffic. Temporarily hot water, would have liked to have a small desk and chair in the room. |

The beautiful guarden and the location, it's very close proximity to the city centre and other tourist attraction. The bathroom shower tap did not function properly in switching water from the shower function to the tap to fill the bath. |

The hotel design was beautiful and the room was big, calm and absolutely perfect with a amazing bathroom. We stayed only one night so it's diffucult to know if the personnal are good or not but they seemed okay considering the service we had for check-in and check-out |

It's a nice, pleasant hotel, designed in a cool and unique way, room was modest but quite cosy. within walking distance to city center. the breakfast room is great and nicely designed but breakfast is very minimal and I think there is no airconditioning in the rooms. |

Fun location in multi-cultural and (very slightly) dodgy area of the city, close to centre, very reasonable rates and extremely cool garden Could be some more choices of food. Breakfast was very basic though good. Everyone in Lisbon seems to drink tasty espressos and here they only serve some nondescript black fluid on tap. |

The hotel is nicely done and you feel you are Lisbon. The garden was lovely. Huge bathroom. Fantastic value. The room was small and furniture was not nice. The immediate area is grotty but its very close to town. The staff were mostly friendly apart from one who didnt like to be disturbed from watching TV! |

A good place for a short stay if you are not too picky - this is not a place for a luxury holida. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and there's a good atmosphere in the hotel! |

We loved the old building, it has charm and atmosphere. The little garden is very nice, can imagine it is lovely in summer to relax and read. |

Staff were friendly and helpful. They spoke English and knew the city. The breakfast was sub average. We stayed for one week but decided in mid term to get breakfast at our expense elsewhere. So in effect we should have paid less. |

The location of this small hotel was excellent with easy walking to all main attractions in the cbd and waterfront. The area surrounding the hotel is cultural with some low income gettos. The Martini Cafe next door to the hotel serves great local seafood and traditional dishes at reasonable prices. Otherwise good value and close to the main squares and markets. I would suggest buying cafe/coffee outside of the hotel, they only have Nescafe instant included in breakfast ( I love my coffee!). You are also best to book a room with a shower otherwise you will need to use the shared facilities down the end of the hall. |

Enjoy the tranquillity this hotel radiates, while staying in Lisbon’s city centre, with the Eduardo VII park and the Marquês de Pombal square right at your doorstep. |
Welcome to SANA Rex Hotel. With us you will understand the true meaning of being welcome. |
Within walking distance of Lisbon’s Old Quarter, located right in the city centre, this modern hotel combines urban design with friendly service. |
Sete Colinas was opened in June 2008 and is therefore well-appointed with a range of modern amenities to help create a homely feeling. |
