This is our fourth time to stay at Prainha Clube and as a family we enjoy it very much for location to Alvor, access to the beach, very good swimming pools, plenty of green areas and friendly staff. The only negative is the that beds/mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable. |

Excellent access to beaches and also to the three swimming pools. Mattresses very hard. Electric kettle would be an advantage. |

The cliff pool is very nice, relaxing during the day, quiet and nice food. Rooms were fine and fairly clean. Location is near lots of nice areas in a car so very much enjoyed our week. The majority of staff are completely untrained and in some instances rude. When we checked out the reception lady was extremely rude, my friends who have been there at least 4 times were embarassed considering they introduced our business to the hotel. The hotel needs to realise that their facilities are not amazing so their staff could easily make the difference... |

Was my 4th time staying at the hotel,the sea water pool is great,very central to Alvor and other parts of the Algarve as we always hire a car.Canico bar is class on the beach too. It will definately be our last time going to the Prainha Clube.We encountered a very unfriendly and rude girl on reception.We brought another couple from Ireland with us and I was mortified,angry and embarressed at the way they were treated on departure. |

The outside gardens and space around the hotel very tidy and well looked after. Not being able to use the pool as outside children had the use. The decor was a bit tired I would say more 3* than 4* |

the outside facilities and location to brilliant beach i thought the accomadation could do with a major renorvation. the beds were only fit for firewood and the bathroom had a hand held shower as the connection on the wall was broke. the bath with rust and black wear marks and a shower curtain that one would be afraid to hit off as for the tiles!!!!!!! get the scrubbing brush out |

The oceanic pool and its surroundings Don't be fooled by the picture of the gym. It is not available for guests. I was asked for Eur 40/week. The supermarket has ridiculously high prices on most of the articles. The lift is dark and its ceiling needs some cleaning. |

Separate large childrens pool, many excellent restaurants both nearby and within complex, beautiful clean beaches, very relaxing atmosphere Supermarket on site quite expensive though convenient. |

The facilites, 2 outdoor pools, and not too busy, quiet family hotel, no drunk teenagers and noisy music pricey pool side prices, not permissible to have our own food and drinks |

hay un ambiente tranquilo, las instalaciones está muy limpias y cuidadas.La relación calidad precio es bastante buena. hay ambiente familiar. Es difícil encontrar la recepción la primera vez que llegas, no está muy bien indicado el acceso. El centro Talho posee una sauna y baño turco que no estan al nivel de calidad del resto de las instalaciones. |

A única vantagem do hotel é estar muito próximo de Alvor e praia da rocha,e de haver acessos (de transporte ) para esses locais.As praias à volta são boas. não é admissivel um hotel de 4 estrelas não fazer limpeza de quartos nos feriados.Os recepcionistas deviam ser mais profissionais, não dando informaçoes incorrectas aos hóspedes.Estando a prainha em obras na praia,(com escavadoras e tubos plásticos) as pessoas deviam ser informadas para esse facto aquando da reserva. |
