hours of service for F&B, sharged extra to use tennis racquet, tennis courts, gym, etc., not the friendliest staff, they made a mistake with my bill and took several international phone calls and emails to fix |

Every room looks over the ocean in a fantastic relaxed and comfortable way no, the hotel was wonderful and it is surrounded by fantastic apartments and townhouses all available to rent. it is like a village in its own right with cobblestone, magnificent plants and of course direct access to the ocean |

Wonderful views. Great beach. Staff very helpful from the spa to the cleaners. Alvor has many restaurants and shops, and only 5 minutes away by car. The studio apartment we stayed in is being refurbished in november and should overcome the kitchen being outdated. |

The beach is not too far away, there are really good not cheap, resterants on the beach to choose from . It is quiet and exclusive especially the private pools and beach. Some areas need updating, but we can see that this is ongoing , a bit at a time. |

The staff were so friendly, the rooms clean and the location perfect for my beach holiday! Nothing I did not like, but free internet access and a hairdryer in the room would've been great. |

This is our fourth time to stay at Prainha Clube and as a family we enjoy it very much for location to Alvor, access to the beach, very good swimming pools, plenty of green areas and friendly staff. The only negative is the that beds/mattresses are very hard and uncomfortable. |

The cliff pool is very nice, relaxing during the day, quiet and nice food. Rooms were fine and fairly clean. Location is near lots of nice areas in a car so very much enjoyed our week. The majority of staff are completely untrained and in some instances rude. When we checked out the reception lady was extremely rude, my friends who have been there at least 4 times were embarassed considering they introduced our business to the hotel. The hotel needs to realise that their facilities are not amazing so their staff could easily make the difference... |

Was my 4th time staying at the hotel,the sea water pool is great,very central to Alvor and other parts of the Algarve as we always hire a car.Canico bar is class on the beach too. It will definately be our last time going to the Prainha Clube.We encountered a very unfriendly and rude girl on reception.We brought another couple from Ireland with us and I was mortified,angry and embarressed at the way they were treated on departure. |

Die Architektur und der Zustand der Ferienanlage sind exzellent, ebenso wie Ihre Lage zum Strand. Die Lage und der Zustand zweier Pools und der Tennisanlage sind ebenfalls hervorzuheben. Das Personal ist stets sehr freundlich Die Qualität des Frühstücks und des Kaffees waren miserabel. |

Gute Lage, guter Service in den Restaurants der Anlage, Reception mit freuindlichem Personal, Frühstück am Atlantic-Pool ausgezeichnet Sehr harte Matrazen, zum Prainha-Frühstück am Pool gibt es nur eine Tasse Kaffee, das verteuert das Frühstück sehr.2.40 € pro zusätzlicher Tasse. |

Todo o envolvimento do empreendimento: espaços verdes, paisagem, piscinas, acesso fácil à praia, para além de ser um óptimo local para descansar e relaxar. A cozinha do apartamento deveria ser remodelada. |
