The rooms (at least some of them) have a kitchenette, but no utensils to use it (no plates, no cutlery, no pots/pans, nothing). Also there is no fridge.
This hotel has nice large rooms (although with little character). The wifi is reliable and fast. The breakfast is very rich for Portugal - it certainly goes far beyond what is usually labelled continental (egg/bacon/sausage, cereals/milk, juice, coffee, yoghurt, croissant/bread, cheese/ham/jams, cake, fruit salad). The hotel also serves a buffet dinner (but we didn't have it, so cannot comment).
The location is not too central, but fairly close to the center. The subway stations of Marquês, Faria Guimarães and Lapa are all at walking distance. By foot it takes ~30 min to reach Aliados.
