Rooms are spacious and clean. In our room, there was a small kitchen and one could pay an extra fee to have the kitchen supplies. Parking space is underground and secure. Some of the staff was very friendly and always willing to give advices. They really took the time to explain things.
Breakfast was limited in options. Bathroom had issues with water leaking out of the shower area.
Good choice of tv channels
Weak wi-fi, the smell of food throughout the hotel floor...
The room was big.
Dirty, lumpy, hard beds, horrible breakfast, no wifi anywhere but the lobby. We had to beg for toilet paper roll (there was none when we came into the room, and it took 3 requests (2 in person!) to actually get a single roll). Location is in a dodgy area, 40 minutes walk from the center or 2 metro stations. Worse of all the neighborhood is LOUD - groups of people hanging out until 4am and yelling underneath the hotel window. AVIOD, AVOID, AVOID!
friendly staff big underground parking directly connecting with lobby big and comfortable rooms
very bad wifi connection in the rooms (on 3 floor)
Nice staff Good breakfast Inexpensive diner buffet
The highlight of the trip was the video of Vasquez on the jacks ... never laughed so much , ill stick it up on youtube later ... watch this space ..
One of the receptionist was great on how to get around. I think her name is Angela. She was very helpful.
Room showed evidence of been damp and it was clearly visible on 2 walls. Patch up job done on wall but damp was still visible. Complained at recp. but she didnt understand. Bed hard as rock.Pillows terrible quality. Had to ask for toilet paper We were out all day. Housekeeping not great.
No wifi in the rooms, although it's being offer as part of the services.
personnels trés sympathiques
le ménage:trop de poussière sous le lit.
The Hotel is a good a place for a few-day visit at the beautiful city of Porto. Very large and comfortable rooms, very clean and the structure is situated in a silent street. The area around offers also many possibilities for a good dinner in small original portuguese restaurants. The staff is very very helpful and professional.
The rooms are very spacious. Nice Scandinavian design. the receptionist called Angela was great ! Very kind and very helpful. Had a problem and she really went out of her way to help me - thank you !
For people that are not very good on their feet, the distance from the Metro station might be a problem (uphill walk). Check for buses at hotel ?
Super staff. location. cleanliness.
The staff on reception were very helpful both in advising about things to do in Porto and getting us extra pillows and soap and coathangers.
The first room we were offered had a door onto the terrace which was not secure however we asked to move to another room and this was quickly done.
Very friendly staff. Parking is secure underground and 9 euro per day. Comfortable, clean economic room.
Nice size rooms with terrace. Very comfortable beds. Covered parking right under the hotel.
very nice and spacious room, clean, big bed, breakfast tasteful and good choice
wifi did not work in rooms, very expensive parking
Room was big, clean and comfortable
Breakfast - there was not much variety and things were not reposed once done
Good location, pleasant staff, decent breakfast.
Ar conditioning didn't work at all; Pillows and bed were horrible.
The staff and the prize
Both the girls at the front desk were very kind and service minded
-El precio en relación con la calidad.
-La escasa climatización y la falta de mantas.
My wife and I spent 3 days at the Premium Porto. The hotel was clean and well-remodeled, and the room was large. Good bed, good bathroom facilities, friendly and helpful staff, pretty good location (long walk uphill from the old city, but there is a good metro). Excellent time in a good hotel and a wonderful city.
If you're walking, be prepared for a long walk from the old town at the end of the day (OR use the metro, which is good).
Staff very friendly and helpful. I found the hotel comfortable and cosy and would certainly recommend it to friends.
Price was good. Not too far from the city centre - walkable. Metro is closer but may not be a considerable time saving.
Room was on western side of the building and windows seemed to have very poor sound insulation. There was a gap between the sliding part of the window and the frame. The street noise, from 3 floors below, was considerable throughout the night.
Great place. Big rooms and fast internet. Friendly staff.
