Connection to public bus transport was very good. The next door coffee shop was excellent with the best ever chocalade ice cream!

WIFI was not best on the 7th floor. I would not buy that again. Poor number of desent restaurants around.

Great Location (5 to 10 minutes to the subway and bus stop at the front door); Nice clean looking hotel; Quiet location with no security issues.

The Air conditioning worked, but not the remote control. Room we stayed in had some noise due to the outside vents (but nothing special).

Big room, nice location - not city center, but not far from beach and metro. If you get this hotel for a 50 eur a night its a deal, dont even think.

Check out time was at 12, but from 9.30, room service came 3 times, and that really wasnt what we expected.

Overall the Hotel is really nice. The location is convenient as it is near to local shops, restaurants, cafes and bakeries, a big supermarket, and the public transport. The bus-stop (buses that can take you to city centre) is right in front of the hotel. The Metro (Casa de Musica stop) is 5-7 minutes walk away. You can take the taxi back to the hotel if you're tired - taxis are not expensive in Porto. The reception staffs are really friendly and helpful; they can speak good english. My double room was large, brightly lighted, cleaned daily and kept neat. The tv has many main/popular channels with english-programmes (not dubbed!).

I don't have much complaints. The bedroom walls are thin. You can hear sounds from the corridors ~ if doors were opened/closed, guests voices, and the water plumbing from next room. It's not too bad since I will put my tv volume loud to block the sounds out! The hotel's 2 lifts/elevators are small - each can fit 2 persons with big luggages only. You have to pay for the wireless internet (Euro 5 per day).

En general el hotel está bien, confortable, limpio, silencioso. Relativamente cerca de metro, a un paseo de 15 minutos. Justo enfrente del hotel hay paradas de autobús para ir al centro o a la costa. Lo recomiendo.

Grande e espaçoso quarto. Preços do mini-bar.

A chegar fiquei a saber que reserva da garagem não foi feita. O quarto #111 teve cheirinho da urina, embora muito discreto tv era o tal grande e antiga mas com canais digitais. Ar condicionado é o converter bue velho.
