The room is really good! The location is also good. There is a metro close. The staff is terrible. They don't know give you any infomation. When you asked something they suggest to look at the internet (the intenet you have to pay). They are not nice and much less helpful. |

Everything was as I expect a hotel to be. Hotel would not refund money for the first night. I arrived a day late due to missing an air connection from the United States to Portugal, and I called about 12 hours before 6 pm to tell them that my connection was late. I was told that they could not refund my money since I had booked the room thru a booking service. |

Staff extremely helpful and a large comfortable room Breakfast could have been better ...coffee and Orange juice from machines isnt really quality - Also advertised free movies, but that wasnt the case and had to purchase at 8.50 euros ! |

It's location was ideal for me attending the university nearby It did not have a restaurant which served both guests and the public at large. This would be a very useful addition. It could be on the ground floor. The area for the breakfasts and the foyer area would make an ideal place. It needs redesigned. As an architect, I can envisage the layout. |

The rooms are really confortable! Very nice facilities, near from bus station, metro station and city center. Very peaceful and quiet area. A little bit expensive internet acess point. |
