Das Hotel hat eine ideale Lage - zum Bahnhof, zur Altstadt, zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Zwei junge englischsorachige Mitarbeiter am Empfang waren sehr hilfreich und freundlich. Im Zimmer ist ausreichend Strauraum, Die Betten waren groß und gut. Nur ein Stuhl im Doppelzimmer, Durchgang zwischen Bett und Möbel nur für Schlanke. Nachttischbeleuchtungen nur von einer Seite aus schaltbar. Sicherung flog in einer Woche drei Mal raus. Frühstücksbuffet ist zwar ausreichend aber keinerlei Abwechslung in einer Woche. Selbst Kaffee/Tee muss man sich selber holen. Die zwei winzigen Lifte sind zu Stoßzeiten einfach nicht ausreichend. |

Die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, hatten gute Tipps bzgl. Stadt und Zugverbindungen. Das Zimmer war sauber und wurde täglich in Ordnung gebracht. |

We liked everything! Great location, excellent breakfast, clean rooms and extremely hospitable and helpful hotel staff. They also arranged city sightseeing tour and dinner with fado music for our group. |

It was our second trip to Portugal. For many years of travelling, I haven't met so nice and helpful hotel manager as Maria Ferreira. She helped us a lot with general information about Porto and to organize a trip outside the city. Also request to change the room, was handled perfectly. We got the room facing the Praca da Batalha, a bit noisier but bigger then those located at the back of the... double room at the back of the hotel are quiet but very very small, |
