便利な立地、シンプルだけど清潔で使いやすい部屋、フレンドリーなスタッフ、かつリーズナブル。広場側の部- 屋だとレトロなトラムが走るのも見える。広場に面しているが、夜は静か。 サン･ベント駅からはほんの５分くらいだが、上り坂なのでスーツケース転がしながらはキツい。レトロな２２- 番トラムがホテルのまん前に停まるので、タイミング良く駅前から乗れればほんの１分。エレベーターは２基あ- るが、小さいので込み合う時間は少々不便。 |

ティーセットのようなものがあったのですが、ポットにはお湯がなく、それは頼むべきなのか入れ忘れなのかが- 分かりませんでした。頼むなら頼み方を分かりやすく書いておいて欲しかったです。 |

Reasonable price including breakfast, close to Sao Bento and Bolhao (station and metro). However I arrived at late night, I could check in without any problem. Staffs are welcomed. Vending machine was out of order. The hotel is located at substantial upgrade of Sao Bento station. |

Very efficient staff with good local knowledge.Beautiful view from the hotel window at the back of the hotel.Close to Bilboa metro(airport) and Sao Bento (close to Campaha station) over rail.At the beginning of Santa Caterina shopping street.Thanks. |

Location of the hotel is excellent, historical centre of Porto is reachable by foot. Very small room/bed, the lateral side of the bed is right next to a dirty wall. |

We liked the location of the hotel in regards to being able to walk to points of interest. The breakfast that was provided was perfect and the garage was within a short walk and resonably priced. Our first room's air conditioning did not work. |

The receptionist was very kind, Though she was portuguese she spoke to us in Spanish. The hotel was silent at night and the breakfast very good. I don´t see an access for handicapped |

We didn't like the first room that was given to us, because there was a wall-to-wall carpet and it was in the first floor. But when asked, we were given a nicer (though smaller) room in the sixth floor withouth a carpet. That was nice! |

excellent location in the centre of Oporto, near train station, main monuments, etc. very efficient and discreet service of the personal, excellent value for money. some furniture could be modernized, rooms could be a bit bigger |

The location was good to visit the city. Rooms are clean and large enough. Parking was really difficult. The recommended parking is expensive and closed sunday afterrnoon |

Conveniently located close to a wide range of attractions and facilities. The hotel staff were polite and helpful. The single room was small, but had everything that I needed and I appreciated the fact that there were tea/coffee making facilities in the room. The breakfast was included in the price and overall I thought that it was excellent value for money. I would definitely stay again. |
