We liked everything! Great location, excellent breakfast, clean rooms and extremely hospitable and helpful hotel staff. They also arranged city sightseeing tour and dinner with fado music for our group. |

It was our second trip to Portugal. For many years of travelling, I haven't met so nice and helpful hotel manager as Maria Ferreira. She helped us a lot with general information about Porto and to organize a trip outside the city. Also request to change the room, was handled perfectly. We got the room facing the Praca da Batalha, a bit noisier but bigger then those located at the back of the... double room at the back of the hotel are quiet but very very small, |

Location and helpfulness of front desk staff. Helped with directions, confirmed flights, called taxi for 4:30 a.m. departure and provided very early morning breakfast. Breakfast room very appealing and food trays kept full. Coffee in room, English TV channels |

Clean rooms, and caring receptionist. Breakfast was good enough for a few days. (No variation). Location is excellent for sightseeing and shopping in Porto. |
