Very clean, helpful staff, duvet covers which is a huge plus, quiet, good location

We liked everything! Great location, excellent breakfast, clean rooms and extremely hospitable and helpful hotel staff. They also arranged city sightseeing tour and dinner with fado music for our group.

It was our second trip to Portugal. For many years of travelling, I haven't met so nice and helpful hotel manager as Maria Ferreira. She helped us a lot with general information about Porto and to organize a trip outside the city. Also request to change the room, was handled perfectly. bad service, almost rude recetion staff, lack of parking in a very crowded and difficult to circulae by car city

we were greeted by a friendly receptionist, our room was very comfortable, our request were granted, the breakfast was good, we were situated in a very good area for tourism

Location and helpfulness of front desk staff. Helped with directions, confirmed flights, called taxi for 4:30 a.m. departure and provided very early morning breakfast. Breakfast room very appealing and food trays kept full. Coffee in room, English TV channels
