Quinta da Lua  

Except for the barking dogs in the neighborhood at night everything was as perfekt as can be, luxury and total relaxing house and garden. Superb personell.

The only slightly negative thing. At nights there were barking dogs from an nearby neighbour. Sometimes we couldn´t believe it because it sounded like 20 dogs were having a fight, and it could go on for hours, the same every night! They got to fix this.

We loved the welcome, Conceicao and Miguel made us feel so very relaxed, the garden setting is stunning and the pool is divine. The bedroom was very beautiful( although bathroom needed updating) and the breakfast was superb, the best we have ever had and served in a stunning setting. The location is perfect fro lovely Tavira but also is so close to so many wonderful beaches and restuarants.

We would have liked a better bathroom, the shower was over the bath and not easy to manage, also bigger bath towels and a better light in the room for make up etc with a good mirror in the bathroom , also a proper hairdryer as the one on the wall just did'nt get hot enough or powerful enough to ever dry our hair but these were all very small points and would not stop us returning ,particularly as Miguel told us that he was updating the bathrooms soon.

The suite was beautifully designed, we loved the walk in closet and the large bathroom. The staff were excellent and breakfast was a picture - almost too good to destroy by eating. A leaky sink sink was fixed very quickly. The gardens were a delight, finding somewhere secluded or shaded to sit or laze was no problem. All in all a wonderful experience.

The safe in the suite was not working and was not fixed by the time we left. Whilst we had trust in the staff and the owner, for our peace of mind it would have been nice to go out for the day and not worry or have to take things with us.

What can I say, I loved everything about my stay, from the carefully selected breakfast to the decor, design of the spaces, and the individual rooms with particular attention to all those small details that create a perfect environment in which to completely relax and luxuriate

Todo o ambiente e o cuidado nos pormenores. Grande qualidade.

El jardín y el diseño de la habitación, el desayuno y las camas en el jardín.

Esperaba una mejor calidad del cuarto de baño. El secador estaba roto.

Su relajante ubicación, sus tranquilas y bonitas instalaciones y el personal que es cordial y muy agradable.

.Het ontbijt was fantastisch, buiten in de schaduw. Heerlijk vers fruit, verse jus en verse broodjes. Hulde aan de kok die alles in haar eentje deed. De tuin is ook prachtig.

De eigenaar is een arrogante kwast die nauwelijks de moeite nam om ons te ontvangen. We moesten onze koffers zelf een paar honderd meter dragen. Er was geen personeel om te helpen. Ook nam hij niet de moeite om aanwezig te zijn toen we af wilden rekenen, hoewel hij gebeld werd door een personeelslid. Het hotel past in een "woon/design" tijdschrift. Het design was zo ver doorgevoerd dat er geen ijskastje in de kamer was, geen prullebak, geen waterkokertje. We vroegen ons af hoe het met de brandveiligheid van het pand staat. Door het rieten plafond heen zag je piepschuim zitten! Wij vonden het buitensporig duur. Kwamen net uit Lissabon waar we voor minder dan de helft van de prijs in een fantastisch hotel hadden gezeten. Hier was klant echt koning.

Tranquilidade

Belle maison blanche avec seulement 10 chambres, grande piscine, magnifique jardin, décoration très raffinée jusque dans les moindres détails, service de type familial non guindé mais très attentif, petit déjeuners somptueux, hâvre de paix et de repos idéal en pleine campagne, mais peu éloigné de belles plages très bien aménagées. Bref, un paradis sur terre !

Cette maison d hôtes est très soignée et bien tenue. Elle se trouve a 5 km de la ville de Tavira dans un jardin ravissant. Petit déjeuner délicieux très bien servi. Chambres très propres et bien aménagées. Salle de bains avec douche uniquement trop petite pour 2 personnes. Voiture indispensable
