Services, staff and breakfast are excellent as well as the main installations with golf course view, really nice. The Villas are far away from a 5 stars hotel, old and dirty. If you are looking for a 5 Star accomodation don´t go to the Villas. To have access to the swiming pool and other facilities you have to pass throug the main reception, not good at all. |

We were staying in villa, which was nice and had lot of space. The cleaning was made every day and included even doing the dishes. Service was very friendly. Breakfast was good. In the beginning villa was quite cold and damp and the fireplace smoked in. After 2-3 days it became better. The thing we disliked most was that, if you asked the reception to order a taxi, they ordered a private limo, which had no meter and had huge tariffs. It was pure cheating. |

The location, excellent food, friendly service, beautiful setting, excellent facilities, professional services rendered 24 hours per day by reception staff and customer liaision officer. A truly positive memorable, unforgettable experience. Air-Con in the Gym area; more expedient room cleaning service - otherwise, a truly great experience!! I will definately stay again and will highly recommend this Hotel |

Peaceful surroundings and friendly staff. Apparent lack of changing facilities at outside pools. Leaking hot water tap in villa. No kettle in villa. No netting over patio (danger from falling fir cones) |

En general la atmósfera de tranquilidad y la posibilidad que ofrece del entorno sereno y tranquilo a cinco minutos en coche del centro de Cascais. El personal es correcto y las instalaciones, si bien no son de un 5 estrellas, están bastante bien. Simplemente que no es un cinco estrellas. Es un buen cuatro estrellas, pero hay detalles que le impiden subir a la categoría de cinco: necesita mejorar algunos antiguos detalles, sobretodo los baños, con inadmisibles cortinas de plástico, diseño anticuado y ausencia de plato de ducha. Falla también el tamaño de la piscina y el gimnasio, con un espacio ridículo y apenas 5 máquinas. |

Guter Standort, ideal für Golfferien. Gute Infrastruktur wo alles in kurzer Zeit erreichbar ist. In einem 5-Sterne Hotel sollte das Gepäck automatisch von einem Pagen in Empfang und ins Zimmer gebracht werden. Die Zimmer sind eher klein und die Teppiche sollten mal ausgewechselt werden. Das Italia-Restaurant in der Nähe ist eine Katastrophe. |
