Set in luxuriant grounds, Hotel Templarios offers spacious rooms with balconies overlooking the Nabão River and Mouchão Park. It features a spa and lagoon-style pool with views of Tomar Citadel.

Located in a village known for the horse exhibition held every year, Casa da Tia Guida is situated in Golegã’s main street, in a manor house.

João Chagas is in 2 historic buildings from the 19th century and is right in Costancia Main Square. The hotel is uphill from a beach where the Toje and Zezere rivers meet.

Beautiful building and furnishings. Calm and relaxed atmosphere. Lovely setting. Friendly staff. Excellent breakfast. Very good value for money. Would definitely stay here again.
Nothing, but would have appreciated somewhere (breakfast room?) to make tea/coffee in the evening, as there are no cafes etc in walking distance.
Everything. Large rooms, peaceful area, easy to find, fantastic staff. Wonderful restaurant, our secret haven.
Beautiful rooms, very, very clean, wonderful atmosphere in a peaceful setting. The staff were really friendly and helpful. The food in the restaurant was very tasty with a good choice of menu. Thank you for a lovely couple of days.
We loved everything. We would have liked to have been able to purchase drinks by the pool during the day although there was a fridge available to us.
Le cadre et l'accueil
Had a great stay. Its a fantastic place, full of character. All the staff very friendly and helpful. Would definitly visit again.
The Quinta is an old farmhouse set in its own grounds on the side of a pine forested hill on the outskirts of the pretty small town of Constancia. There are a lot of outdoor activities in the surrounding countryside, particularly hiking and horse riding, while there is also canoeing on the local rivers. The town is a short car ride from the Quinta and has a selection of bars and restaurants in the old quarter on the banks of the river. The owners of the Quinta have restored and decorated the rooms and public areas with eclectic taste, creating a very restful, cosy ambience. The bar is inspired by memories of London pubs in the 1960's, though I thought it more resembled fin de siècle Parisian! The restaurant, which is open Thursday through to Sunday, serves excellent food in the elegant and atmospheric old winery. Breakfasts were very good, buffet style, with fresh eggs cooked to your taste. A great place to base yourself for activities in the area, or simply to chill out around the pool and enjoy the extensive views and gardens.
Staff, interior, great breakfast and dinner. Great place if you JUST want to relax!
i was lost with Sat Nav problems and they drove into the town and led me to the hotel
Beautifull place, very nice swimmingpool, very good food.
Everyting was perfect! The owners were very nice. The place is easy accessible by car. Very nice and cosy dinner. The rooms are interesting... and this pilates in the morning by pool.... Super!
The swimming pool was wonderfully warm with amazing views over the countryside. The home made jams at breakfast are delicious.
Bed was quite hard but this seems to be fairly standard in Portugal. A little bit far to drive to the sights, but very convenient for Tomar and Almoural
great retreat: amazing environment, nice staff, cool installations and rooms. Recommended 100%
The historical nature of the place and it's picturesque setting
The visible history of the property and the enthusiasm of staff and owners to pleasen
I came expecting magic, and was not disappointed. A charming, lovingly restored XVIIth Quinta that was granted its charter by none other than the Duc of Pombal. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated. There is style everywhere you look. And enjoy the pool--overlooks the surrounding countryside. Lots of room for guests to have their privacy. Great breakfast--eggs!
This is a magical place. This 15th century B&B is run by a charming and kind couple. We booked this as we were driving on the highway and arrived 20 minutes after booking. This is the definition of "last minute", yet although surprised at our arrival, our hosts were superb and kind. This is an absolutely wonderful "pousada-like" place, situated in a lovely setting/ If you want to feel like royalty, you should stay there. This has my highest and most enthusiastic recommendation.
I liked everything!!!!!
Noise from nearby motorway Lack of restaurant facilities Restaurant only open evenings - twice per week No facility to have a coffee or cup of tea. After 1 .5 hours drive from Lisbon airport - a drink would have been most welcome Other guests also complained about this 2 small bottles of water in room only
Setting, old furniture, swimming pool, meeting other guests.
Difficult to find without satnav. Problem providing coffees in evening.
Everything was perfect, the location, the atmosphere, the quality of the rooms, the kindness of the owner, the food in the restaurant.
Nothing against the hotel, but for the tourisme, it must be said that there is not so much Worth to see around there. The monostries of Alcobacao, etc., the villages of Obidos, Peniche, Nazareth, and some other places are quite far. Tomar is to reasonnable distance.
The setting was lovely with wonderful views over the surrounding landscape, the interior very thoughtfully constructed, the staff most accommodating. I would have loved to have had a swim but perhaps a little early in the season, but the offer was there.
Disadvantage of driving to a restaurant as the one onsite 'closed on Mondays?'
Lovely quiet rural location with lots of charm.
Stairs were tough with luggage. Not very good for people with walking problems. Restaurants are not near by.
It was a completely unexpected surprise. A beautiful 17th century Quinta (farmhouse) in wonderful condition full of history and charm. Very comfortable and well run. We felt we would like to come back in the summer for longer and enjoy the garden and pool.
The wonderful old Quinta, the friendly hosts, the delicious food, the lovely setting. We wished we could have stayed longer!
We loved everything about Quinta de Santa Barbara!
A wonderful old Quinta, beautifully furnished. Good breakfast and it was a joy to eat in the restaurant. Peacocks in the garden. The pool was great and refreshing. Very welcoming owners.
