Mancanza di servizio di ristorazione interno senza prenotazione. Il wifi funzionava solo nel corpo centrale e non nella camera dove eravamo alloggiati.

Un po´ difficile da raggiungere ma il posto e´ incantevole La padrona di casa e` molto accogliente e prodiga di consigli sia stradali che enogastronomici che si sono verificati ottimi Camere molto curate e personalizzate anche nel dettaglio, la nostra aveva pareti in pietra anche nel bagno Vien voglia di ritornare e fermarsi piu´ a lungo

Rustic charm with a sense of place. Beautiful surroundings with lots to explore. Ensure your Sat nav has the long, lat settings as it takes a bit of finding but well worth the effort. Waking up to the views across the Valley were amazing...

Quinta do Ervedal is a fantastic place to stay if you want to enjoy the Douro valley in a peaceful and lovely estate atmosphere. Set into the hills and surrounded by orange, apricot, lemon, and cherry trees the Inn makes for a wonderful get-away. Isabel, the owner, will make sure that you are more than comfortable. Breakfast is served each morning outdoors on the patio and a delicious dinner prepared by Isabel is availble each evening. The Inn is in a prime location for viewing an everlasting view of the zillions of vineyards in this region that produces Port wine with great pride. The Inn attracts wonderful guests as well and we had marvelous company for dinner conversation. I didn't want to leave!

Wonderful place ! Dont miss it. Beautiful old buildings and lovely pool area. Isabel cooks an amazing 3 course meal for 17.50 euros a head including as much wine as you can drink! We said goodbye as if old friends. Highly recommended . We had no trouble finding it with gps.

The sfere is optimal in this Quinta, specially due to the lady of the house.

Our room was very pretty; the hosts were delightful and provided excellent information. There is lots to see and visit in the area.

The Quinta is a little hard to find and I would have appreciated detailed inistructions as to how to get there.

Our stay at Quinta do Ervedal was the perfect microcosm of our (two friends and I) magical trip through Galicia and Northern Portugal - full of discoveries, genuinely lovely people, and fantastic food/wine. Although it was a little difficult to find (heed the warnings of others – we didn’t!), this find was one of the most rewarding of our trip. Our hosts were exceptionally polite and on arrival we were shown to our pristine, warm rooms and other comfy, but tasteful, shared spaces. Unfortunately, our stay was short – and we arrived late. Nonetheless, our hosts were more than apt to point us in the right direction – that of getting the most of this region’s precious spirit. We greatly enjoyed their suggestion for a casual but comprehensive meal at the ‘Gentleman’. This establishment - just across the river in Resende, deserves high praise (its page can not be found on this website) as we were pleasantly surprised by both the quality of food and variety of uniquely gorgeous wines served to us. I highly recommend a stay at Quina do Ervedal for those new and returning to the region alike. We did much during our time in the surrounding regions, but felt fully recharged for our return back to the city. Thank you so much for a wonderful time. Neither one of us can wait to return.

De ligging is prima als je van rust houdt. Het is een mooi oud huis. De eigenaresse is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam en spreekt goed engels en kan uitstekend koken en het wordt allemaal met zorg opgediend. De verzorging is prima. Kortom het is er aangenaam vertoeven

Het is wat moeilijk om dichtbij lekker uit eten te gaan.

Quinta com arquitectura típica do Douro, decorada com peças que remetem para o passado.

Gelegen in een rustige streek. Gemakkelijk dat er ter plaatse avondeten kan genomen worden.

Niet zo gemakkelijk te vinden. Gastvrouw was wat gemaakt vriendelijk - alles nogal berekend: aantal broodjes bij ontbijt; kwaliteit van het avondeten is wat wisselvallig. De laatste avond was er meer volk en we denken dat daardoor de hoeveelheid (kip met rijst) wat verdeeld werd tussen de gasten.

Zeer mooie accomodatie, goed onderhouden, vriendelijk personeel

Harde matras Slechte ligging om veel op uitstap te gaan. Geen ideaal hotel om met kinderen te gaan.

Peut être pas assez indiquée depuis la rte 108. ne pas rater le seul panneau en arrivant de Régua.

L'accueil chaleureux de sa propriétaire (et sa cuisine), le service parfait du personnel, le cadre dans lequel s'inscrit cette propriété.

Prachtig gerestaureerde quinta.Vriendelijke, meertalige gastvrouw. Kamers zijn eenvoudig (geen airco en TV) maar mooi thematisch ingericht. Bij mooi weer gezellig buiten ontbijten en (na reservatie) dineren op het terras. Perfect voor mensen die enkele dagen willen verposen op een heel rustige locatie in de fantastisch mooie Dourovallei.

Acceuil charmant, endroit très agréable et reposant, personnel très serviable et faisant le maximum pour rendre votre séjour super.

Petit bémol par rapport au lit qui était fort petit et donc assez inconfortable.

Nous ne savions pas qu'il fallait prévenir pour y dîner du coup il fallu faire quelques km pour manger... Hôtel très mal indiquer, très difficile de le trouver sand indications plus précises!

Cadre de l'hôtel en pleine nature. Gentillesse de la propriétaire. Petit déjeuner sur la terrasse.

De eigenaresse is zeer vriendelijk.

Het is er Spartaans en niet meer van deze tijd.

Apreciei ,para além da lindíssima paisagem, a simpatia e disponibilidade da dona da casa. Gostei particularmente do sitio onde se tomam as refeições e se degustam as belas compotas caseiras.

Sómente um reparo que considero fácil de corrigir: uns termos para substituir os jarros onde se servem o leite e o café. Assim estariam sempre quentes.

Gostámos sobretudo da simplicidade, sem renunciar ao conforto, era o que estávamos à procura e foi o que encontrámos. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelos funcionários e anfitriã. A possibilidade de jantar no local depois da tarde na piscina é uma excelente alternativa. Quem estiver à procura de um local para estar afastado da pressão do quotidiano é lugar ideal. Tudo isto com uma excelente relação qualidade preço.
