Nice place for resourcing, get fresh air, drink pure water and enjoy the nature by feet, bike or car. Perfect for group of small families, independence and conviviality together. Quad bike or motorcycle pass by sometimes, breakfast comes to late.

We were greeted like long lost cousins - and made so welcome by the family. They catered for our every need. I can not recommend it highly enough. The road down to the Quinta is a bit treacherous if wet - but such a small price to pay for such a wonderful place and host!

A fabulous location with a very warm welcome from the proprietor. Anyone looking for a retreat from the rat race where they can live in comfortable harmony with nature should not miss this wonderful place. Guests should come prepared to self-cater. The rooms are adequately equipped for this and the local restaurants are few and nothing special. The hotel itself is accessible only by a very steep, narrow and winding road, 1.5km down a mountain side, best not tackled after a few glasses of wine!

The staf are really good, and everything worked perfect. I really enjoyed, the hotel is in the montains in a very calm place in the meadle of nowhere. The room was good, and everthing was working good. We made lunch in the room. It is not so far away from Serra da Estrela.

Gostei de tudo: o apartamento tinha uma vista espectacular; a limpeza era impecavel; estava todo equipado para que inclusive se pudesse cozinhar; excelente colecção de DVDs para o miudos verem no dvd existente no apartamento; a piscina muito boa, onde além de podermos estar á sombra das árvores, podemos comer os seus frutos uma vez que eram ameixeiras e as ameixas estavam bem madurinhas; as conversas á noite com os outros hospedes e com os donos na sala de estar. Enfim tudo excelente! Os meus filhos adoraram e nós tambem! Recomendo vivamente!

Muito bom quer o empreendimento quer o local. Quartos espaçosos, muito limpos inseridos numa casa bonita e bem decorada. Os proprietários são extremamente simpáticos e tudo fizeram para tornar a nossa estadia o mais agradável que pudéssemos esperar! Certamente um local para recomendar e voltar!!!

Adorei a minha estadia do fim-de-semana. Era a primeira vez que fomos mas os donos e funcionaria trataram como fosmos a familia deles.Posso diser 3 palavras foi uma otima fim-de-semana. E Vamos voltar para la de certeza......

Fascynujące miejsce z zapierającymi dech w piersiach widokami na góry Serra da Estrella. Przemili gospodarze w każdej chwili służący radą i bezinteresowną pomocą, potrafiący stworzyć prawdziwie domową atmosferę. Bardzo gustownie urządzony pensjonat położony w pięknym ogrodzie pełnym drzew cytrusowych i ziół. W pensjonacie są tylko 4 apartamenty, co pozwala odpocząć w ciszy, bez tłumu innych gości. Co 2 dni wymieniane są ręczniki, co 4 dni pościel - jest bardzo czysto. Dobrze jest przyjechać tu samochodem lub posiadać wypożyczony - do najbliższego sklepu jest 2-3 km

Da hospitalidade e simpatia dos proprietários e funcionária; do sossego e do local onde a "Quinta do Forninho" está inserida (que já conhecia e que recomendo vivamente.) Embora não seja propriamente algo que não tenha apreciado, considero que a zona da piscina poderia estar um pouco mais cuidada.

ukryty w górach Serra da Estrela pensjonat z zapierającym dech w piersiach widokiem;rodzinna atmosfera;koniecznie trzeba wjechać-krętą i malowniczą drogą na najwyższy szczyt Portugalii - Torre;odbyliśmy też z tego miejsca całodniową wycieczkę do Salamanki i Segowii w Hiszpanii dojazd do posesji dla bardzo wytrawnych kierowców-trochę adrenaliny jednak nie zaszkodzi

Os quartos são pequenos "apartamentos" com cozinha totalmente equipada e um pequena sala. Excelente decoração, conformo dos quartos e da sala comum e muita simpatia do Sr. Francisco (dono). Um local fantástico recomendo vivamente.

Schitterend gelegen, mooi uitzicht, aan rand bos, vriendelijk personeel, mooie schone studio voorzien van alle gemakken. Mooie beekdalen voor toertocht met auto. In de buurt van natuurgebied Sierra da Estrella. Supermarkt op 4 km. Een uur rijden van Coimbra.
