This appartment offers real value for money: the owner, Ms. Marina was really professional and she provided us full support regarding our arrival, accomodation, rent-a-car organization and all other questions/requests we had. Spacious appartment on the top of the app. house with beautiful view on Funchal and the port, well equipped and clean. The pool looked nice and clean, but we haven't used it as we were around the island during all days.

The apartments were well serviced with lovely views. The pool area was spacious with available loungers and umberellas. The reception although only open at specific times was really helpful and there was enough information and help, whilst allowing you to remain independant which is why we choose self catering. The hotel was a little way from the centre of Funchal down a very steep hill. To walk into Fuchal and back was a little tiring, however there was a good bus service and a taxi from the centre was only 5 euros. It did state in the hotel details they were 15mins walk from the centre and this was expected.

The view, location, accepting pets, the price. Quiet place, great to relax. There were ants, lots of them, during our stay they only cleaned our room once. There was lots of ice on the refrigerator.

Besides being located in a very nice environment, the appartment was clean, sufficiently spacious, had a great view and good location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Th equipment in the rooms was ok but could have been more complete (iron, wifi). Would have been great if the pool had been heated: the weather was great but nobody was in the water.

Wonderful, spatious, room with a spactacular view over Funchal and the sea. Staff very helpful in organising levada walks, tours, etc. We didn't use the pool, but it is very attractive and clean. The downside to having the spectacular view is the very Madeiran steep walk into town and back! The self-catering arrangements are a bit limited - ok for breakfast or light meal, but not really up to serious cooking,

Første tur til Madeira med Norwegian lavpris. Studio leilighet med balkong og utsikt over byen og havnen. Posetivt og hjelpsomt personale. Pent koselig hotell med et lite svømmebasseng og fine hager. Kun 1 euro for en halvliter øl på nærmeste lokale restaurant - billig mat. Billige shopping priser - mange fine centre. Ikke langt til fjellturer langs lavadaer. Men en må være god til bens for å gå opp til hotellet fra sentrum - bratte bakker. Koster fra 3-5 euro med taxi - 3 euro med buss. Holdeplass like ved. Taxi fra flyplassen inkl. Prutting 20-30 euro.

Tolle Lage mit einem wunderbaren Blick über die Altstadt und den Hafen von Funchal. Die Wohnanlage ist ruhig und liegt in einem gepflegten Garten mit Bananenstauden und heimischen Pflanzen. Die MitarbeiterInnen sind sehr höflich und hilfsbereit. Die Küche war sehr sparsam ausgestattet. Das Mobiliar sollte bei Zeiten runderneuert werden. Die Betten waren OK.

Lyhyt kävelymatka keskustaan, todella jyrkkä mäki sai meidät kuitenkin välillä turvautumaan taksiin ( taksimatka n.5€ ). Mukava allasalue ja kaunis puutarha. Hienot maisemat alas kaupunkiin ja merelle. Viereisen koulun äänet häiritsivät hiukan.

L'hôtel est à taille humaine et situé dans la vraie ville, loin du quartier bétonné des grands hôtels. L'appartement est grand et la vue magnifique sur l'océan et le port. Une piscine bien agréable pour se détendre après les randonnées et un joli jardin plein de bananiers Le lit est un peu dur ( à mon goût )

Excelente finca cerca del casco antiguo y del centro de la ciudad. Bien comunicado con el transporte urbano. Parking gratuito, piscina, wifi... Calidad/precio inmejorable. Tranquilidad total. Una gozada.

Situation geograPhique,10min a pied du centre, boulangerie et mini market a2 min, facilité des transports, beauté du cadre et de la vue sur la baie de funchal, piscine très agréable, accueil de l'équipe hôtelière très sympathique et facilitante, appartement très agréable, parking pour la voiture , a conseiller a tout type de voyageur

Het hotel (app.) Ligt heerlijk in het centrum van funchal. Het uitzicht is fantastisch! Onze huur auto Konden we kwijt op het parkeerterrein voor het hotel. Vanhier uit hebben we verschillende Tripjes en dagtochten ondernomen. Het wordt goed verzorgt. Wij waren de enige met kleine kinderen. Maar zijn heel gastvrij ontvangen. Het baby bedje stond klaar bij aankomst, en we mochten al om 11uur intrekken. Een zeer geschikt hotel voor een fijne actieve vakantie op Madeira. Wij verbleven op de bovenste etage hierdoor hadden de kids geen buiten ruimte Dat was jammer, bij de boeking had ik niet door dat we zo hoog zouden zitten. In het app stond een mini keukentje net groot genoeg.
