A former manor, Quinta Perestrello Heritage House has been turned into a small hotel with 36 spacious guest rooms. Enjoy breakfast in the conservatory. Alternatively, you can start the day with a swim in the outdoor pool. Rent a car with the help of the attentive staff and explore the island. Upon your return to Quinta Perestrello you can have a snack in the dining room or afternoon tea at the bar. We like a small hotel,preferably old. Quinta Perestrello filled the bill perfectly. The location was good too; not too far from town but quiet.

Comfortable and quiet As there is not another option I will put this here. The problem is with the internet map on booking.com. The place the hotel is supposed to be (hotel icon on booking.com map) is not actually where it is by about a mile..

Kleines, aber sympathisches Haus mit internationalem Publikum. Vom Zimmer mit Gartenterrasse 15 Meter zum kleinen Pool, der Anfang Mai noch beheizt war. Frühstücksbüffet vielfältig mit englischem Touch, mit allem was dazugehört. Idealerweise kann man drinnen oder in einem Pavillon, aber auch im Freien auf der Gartenterrasse frühstücken. Täglich mehrseitige Deutsche, Englische und Französische Nachrichtenzusammenfassungen. Internet mit freiem Zugang zum pc, WiFi ohne Gebühr auf der Terrasse und im Garten! Im Zimmer war WiFi nicht möglich. Beste Restaurants in der Nähe, ebenso BusHaltestellen für alle Richtungen. Klimaanlage! Wasserkocher und Geschirr für Tee und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Guter Hol- und Bringservice zum Flughafen. Sehr freundliches Personal, aber nicht Deutsch sprechend. Englische Sprachkenntnisse notwendig! Nur 2 Sonnenschirme für ca 18 Liegen, die aber selten belegt waren. Pool ist zum Schwimmen nur bedingt geeignet! Flach und eng. Garten und Pool liegt an verkehrsreicher Strasse, sind aber durch erhöhte Lage und Glaseindämmung abgeschirmt. Kein Mitarbeiter spricht Deutsch. Alter Fernseher, einziger Deutscher Sender ist ausgerechnet rtl! Nachts müssen Fenster geschlossen bleiben und die dichten Vorhänge zugezogen werden, da im Garten vor den Zimmern die ganze Nacht eine helle, flutlichtartige Beleuchtung alles überstrahlt. Zimmereinrichtung teilweise dürftig, wenig Stauraum.

Pedi um chá no bar e disseram-me q só estava previsto ao Peq. Almoço. Ora isso é inaceitável pois uma pessoa n escolhe a altura para estar mal disposta. Insisti e lá me serviram o chá e levaram 3€ por um simples chá de cidreira, mais caro q a cerveja q o meu marido bebeu. é inadmissível... Por vezes no wc cheirava a esgoto. Podiam ter secador de cabelo.

Kombinace pocitu domácího prostředí s nevtíravými výbornými službami. Krásné umístění vilového hotelu v zahradě, s vyhlídkou na Funchal, a pěší vzdálenost od centra města. Bydlela jsem v původní části hotelu - v panské vile s atmosférou zastavení času. Budu ráda vzpomínat nejen na celou nádhernou Madeiru, ale i na moje skvělé ubytování na ní.
