falta de ar condicionado nos quartos o que é desagradavel na Ilha de Madeira por causa do calor e sobretudo da humidade

Do facto de não ser apenas um grande predio, os jardins são muito bonitos e o SPA muito agradável.

Actualizar a decoração nos quartos (principalmente e acima de tudo retirar as alcatifas) e almofadas mais confortáveis era mais agradável.

Os jardins eram bastante agradáveis, devido à sua variedade de espécies de plantas.

Para um hotel de 4 estrelas: - Os Qartos disponiveis são muitos básicos, sem ar condicionado, móveis antigos, acesso aos quartos com pouca luz, além de que acho um abuso o parque de estacionamento ser pago, pois quando se viaja para a Madeira aluga-se sempre carro, ou seja, ja fizeram esta tarifa para o parque a pensar nisso, é um abuso mesmo.

Excelente para férias,e relaxamento. Permite um contacto directo com a natureza. Boa piscina e um bom spa.

Pagar € 14,00 pelo pequeno almoço, considero exorbitante. Pouca variedade de fruta no pequeno alomoço. Por este preço deveriam existir sumos naturais e não de máquina.

A simpatia dos funcionarios do hotel,o exterior do hotel é de uma beleza extraordinária, com jardins fantasticos onde reina a calma e o bem estar e a vista circundante sobre o imenso oceano é de cortar!

Não tive muito tempo para apreciar, mas do que vi gostei bastante.

Excellent service, friendly staff, good food, great gardens, nice clean rooms, and a good gym and pool.

It was very pleasant this garden: It is an hotel very quiet and the room re confortable. We liked to be there during 12 days for resting us.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They all spoke English, French and German. The botanical garden was absolutely lovely. It also felt as if there was almost no one around. It was great we could book trips to visit the island directly at the hotel and didn't have to look for anything individually, they were well worth it!

For me, the drinks were too strong, especially if one was spending the day with kids by the swimming pool. And the water in the swimmng pool was extremely cold. The menu in the restaurants didn't appeal to me, as I would expect something local and lighter instead of Thai or Italian food. I would also expect the rooms to be refurbished soon as although they were clean and comfortable, furniture and deco was quite old.

Very human architecture in harmony with the nature. Very well kept gardens an swimming pool area. Good position for exploring Funchal and the rest of the island. Near Canico centar, with the restaurants and other facilities.

Charged parking, and the problems with parking space. Furniture in the appartments is out of date.

The fact that based on the architecture of the hotel you have the feeling of constantly being in a large botanical garden with great views, no matter where you are on this huge property. The staff is extremely helpful as well.
