Near the airport. Airport shuttle schedule was inconvenient. It only runs in the mornings, once an hour, and only takes 6 people at a time. The breakfast is ridiculously overpriced. 14 euro. |

The rooms was nice, the hotels restaurant was very good as well. Staffing was very friendly. First, the room was freezing cold, I'm not even sure if the heat was working. The wireless internet barely works. Upgrading the wireless internet system can be made fairly easy and inexpensively. It works well on the first floor, but not 2, 3, and 4 floors. Lastly, do not place local or international phone calls on the room phone, my phone bill alone was 90euro, and I call a 1-800 toll free USA number. |

Good breakfast. Very close to the airport. Clean. Checking in and out takes ages (the staff is working hard but it seems the systems they are using are obsolete). No free wifi - ridiculous, even in etap you can find one. Expensive and "too much ado abount nothing (special)" |

The price was realy fair they gave me an upgrade room and they didnt charge me nothing for that so I appreciate this behaviour The free shutle to airport is to small and need to make appointment the day before and they should keep the guests informed about that. |

The time spent in my room was fantastic. A little bit of English TV was welcome. If you stay here, expect to pay for everything but the ice. Anything you might want to do will cost extra, and there isn't anywhere good to eat unless you want to take a taxi. Also, the hotel is not right by the airport (like Google maps claims) and their free shuttle service has to be scheduled in advance. |

The room was good, and the staff was helpful. The proximity to the airport is also a plus. It is mainly a business hotel, located in an uninteresting (also a bit ugly) part of the city. Although metro is 5 min walking, the location is not very convenient for a city visit (a bit far away). I used it for a sleepover in Lisbon before catching an early flight. |

I have stayed in the double room at the excellent hotel for 68 euro for two persons. The is more than moderate. Appartments are nice and comfortable, and the restaurant service is good. I have booked the room to spend there a night before flight since the hotel is very close to the airport, but have found that taxi is an only appropriate way to get the airport, so 10 euros should be added to the room price... |

The Hotel Radisson SAS was immaculate, well appointed and very comfortable. Our air conditioner wasn't working properly, so I called the front desk; a technician came to our room to repair the A/C within 5 minutes. Excellent service! I feel that the shuttle to the airport should be offered more than once per hour. |

Very well located for Lisbon airport, the room was large and spacious, the staff helpful, we did not try breakfast so we cannot judge. Would recommend it for the sheer convenience of being close to the airport while the metro, which is nearby, will get you into town rather efficiently. |
