The location: close to metro station, but also very close to the airport.Well equipped room. We could not open the windows. |

I use the hotel as I have a 9 hour layover in Lisbon. It is only 5 minutes from the airport. |

We had chance to walk around the neighborhood park and ate in a Chinese restrurant near by. Great! We did not expect there is a empty baby cradle in the room no one tell us and we did not ask for and it realy doesn't matter.The coffee pot not work in the Room 502. The up lift switch often fall down |

Very close to the airport,food was good, staff in the restaurant were very good and helpful.Nice large room. Very noisy and poor on street parking.I left my car halfway into the Taxi rank and I think someone decided to let my tyre down which created lots of problems. |

The hotel is close to the airport but is easily accessible to the City via the Metro which is a 5 minute walk away. Free hourly shuttle back to the airport but does not pick up from the airport (taxi was 9 euros for 2 people including luggage). |

Exceptional value for the money. Impressive accommodations and the staff was excellent. Near the airport and the hotel restaurant was great. We were delighted with our stay in this hotel and our accommodations were truly 4*. Not a single thing to complain about |

The staff were very friendly throughout my stay. The facilities in the room and the hotel generally were very good. Lots of choice on the food menus and good quality food. Centrally located. This doesn't mean you should put the price up! |

I was really surprised at the standard of the room. All the furnishings and fittings were new. I liked the wooden floor - makes a wonderful change from carpet. Room service was excellent. All the negative reviews about the hotel should be elimininated. It has been given a makeover. |
