Lots of space in the room. Friendly and helpful staff although not up to date with events happening in Lisbon. Close to airport. No immediate supermarket. Nearest is at the station a good 10 minutes walk away. Takes about 20 min into city via metro

We overnighted here before flying out of Lisbon & found it to be a really nice hotel. The rack rate was pretty high but we got a booking.com rate and it made it quite attractive. The decor was very pleasant and the food was to a very high standard. Given that the hotel is close to the airport, it would have been better that the dining room opened up earlier (at 6:00am) to allow you to catch an early flight.

Great room, facilities were better than expected, nice design, good proximity to airport. Front desk staff appeared to be incapable of smiling or saying hello. My stay would have been perfect except for lack of friendliness of staff.

Staff very helpful and curteous. Good organisation and information for onward travel. Coffee and cookie facilities offered for guests leaving earlier than breakfast. Hotel appears to be further from airport than advertised. Would be helpful to have airport pick up to avoid being overcharged by taxi drivers. Or cost noted on their information page.

Spacious suite and bathroom albeit in need of update as colour scheme somewhat drab. Double bed must have been the smallest double obtainable and uncomfortable as a result. Not consistent with the otherwise spacious nature of the suite.

Concierge was helpful. Nice restaurant food Fitness room was a sweat box in the basement. Fridge didn't work. Reception desk staff were slow and not terribly bright. Half the lifts didn't work. No shuttle to pick up from the airport. Wait staff in restaurant more interested in chatting than serving.

lovely room; tea & coffee in room; good food in restaurant; proximity to airport; helpful staff. somewhat poor wi-fi internet connection :-/ ; possibility for "healthier" alternatives for early breakfast would be good e.g. fruit and fruit juice.
