Radisson Blu Hotel Lisbon  

Friendly and helpful staff, great comfort, very clean. Since we had a very early flight back, the location was good for us too: close to the airport, but also close to a metro station, taking you straight to the touristic center.

Expensive breakfast.

Our stay was on 18th floor room No. 1106, on entering room at end of our day out there was a distinct unpleasant odour of sewer gas in bathroom, on opening windows letting in fresh air the odour cleared and all was well till the following day, other than that we would highly recommend the hotel. I stayed at the Radisson en route from the Algarve to Lisbon airport. It was clean, great room with a great rate through booking.com It was great to be able to open the windows. It is on a major route, so there was some traffic noise which is to be expected. I would not hesitate to recommend it.

The staff were very helpful, pleasant and friendly The location is good for going to/from the airport There is a Chinese restaurant next door where the prices were reasonable.

There was no shuttle service available upon a Sunday arrival. The gift shop was closed all day on Sundays and there was not a single store nearby to pick up a snack etc. Restaurant/room service items were hugely overpriced The beds were far too low for anyone over 5 feet tall (and hard!) After using the Radisson Blu as a rest point in our travels for many years, we will not return in future. It is no longer a convenient hotel.

Close to the airport, but taxi driver ripped us off charging 14 Euros for a five minute cab ride. Lovely room with view of airplanes on final approach. Well appointed room with fridge and coffee/tea maker Excellent big bath and very good shower. Very friendly staff who did say "yes" a lot. Free shuttle to airport at 6:00am to catch our flight. Near subway station. Reasonable price if you book 4 days early via Internet.

They should have free shuttle service *from* airport, but there must be a reason they don't: probably corrupt cab drivers. Not much around the location, i.e. no shops, no nearby pastellarias, had to walk almost a kilometre to get to the nearest place to buy some breakfast croissants and oranges. Windows don't open (on 10th floor) and air conditioning did not cool the room very much, so it felt stuffy for sleeping.

Very good location, close to airport, ideal for staying when you have an early flight or long stop-over in Lisbon. Good value for money .

Guy at the reception could have been friendlier. I stayed at the Hotel before and I'm used to being better received.

Convenient location for the airport together with complimentary shuttle service, friendly and efficient staff, fantastic buffet breakfast which was free for my children aged 7 and 9 years, spacious, comfortable rooms with toiletries. I would definitely stay again.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel is very convenient to the airport and easy to find. Breakfast was very nice with lots of variety and tasty too.
