Score from 1082 reviews Good
Comfortable, extremely helpful, great restaurant.
The junior suit rooms, the breakfast, the location (just close to the airport)
The elevator (is quite old and not so confortable)
the gym, needs more equipments. very poor.
Clean Great location for Lisbon Airport only 10 minutes away Good price
Outdated Very hard bed
1st Class reception at check in on arrival. Very nice room and very helpful young man with my luggage. Helpful staff for this old person at breakfast. Thank you.
My room 1108 was a wee bit noisy with overhead aircraft but no street sounds and I found the big fire door a bit heavy to open being a 75 year old woman with a walking cane.
This is undoubtedly a classy hotel. A little out of the city and tourist joints but these are easily reachable by metro from Campo Grande station about 5 minutes away. Food court and s'market at the football stadium.
Did not understand the sensors thsy put under every can of drink in the minibar. Move a can and a computer will add the cost of that drink to your hotel bar. Silliest 'smart' system I have seen. Need to consider a drink dispenser in the lift lobby ala motels in the US.
Perfect location, helpful staff, comfortable room
The location to the airport and wonderful meal at hotel restaurant. Great place to stay for traveling through Lisbon. We even walked from the Entrecampos train station. It was a nice walk.
An hotel in a great place to take any kind of transports (metro, bus, train) and taxis just in front of it. We can find all kind of leisure spots nearby and the staff is really cool. Sincerely recommended.
Restaurant and bar are a bit expensive.
The location for the trains. Free shuttle service to and from the airport. Free Wifi.
Breakfast was far too expensive especially for a family of four.
Location and spacious room. Good enough for a short stay.
There was ONE teaspoon for two cups and cream went off.
Radisson Blu had everything we needed. Clean and welcoming
The front counter staff was not that friendly at check in. But that was just a one off. Rest of staff was nice.
Nice Room Friendly staff Closeness to Airport Easy access to downtown Lisbon Airport shuttle
The noise on the road outside, there was no soundproofing in the hotel
Room quality, location near airport
Staff attitude - minimal information about shuttle service on arrival and unapologetic when not available. Had to get taxi, which means long queues with many smokers. Having chosen the hotel partly for this service to avoid the situation when travelling with small children (having traveled there previously, I was aware it would be like that) and then been met with this attitude I was rather disappointed.
The location of the hotel was ideal both from to airport and into centre. Since we were leaving by car from Lisbon to Oporto it was fast and easy access to highway. Room very comfortable, sumptuous breakfast, and generally good.
location near the airport, less than 10 euro for cab ride, spacious room and clean, good international tv programs
Location, room size very big
Clean, modern, fast internet
If you arrive late, you need a taxi even is only 5 mins from the airport
The hotel and all the appliances are fine. Good staff, polite and nice. Great breakfast and delicious food in the restaurant. Very close to the airport.
There were some problems with the conditioner and the shuttle to the airport did not leave in time.
Personel at the restaurant is terrible
The hotel was close to the airport and a few minutes walk to a metro station (so it was easy to get to downtown. The staff was very helpful, the bed comfortable, and the room had a lot of nice features (small fridge, water cooker, complementary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate).
There was a bit of traffic noise when going to bed and the room was smaller than some. They offered a breakfast for 15.50 euros and I'm sure it was quite nice, but I'm not going to pay that amount for breakfast!
