The magnificent views from the 10th floor to the ocean/pool. The room is big and comfortable. The breakfast is poor. Just 2/3 pieces of fruit a day, no home made cakes. Maybe to foreigns is a good breakfast (boiled eggs, bacon and so on, but to the Mediterranean people is a poor breakfast). |

Rooms were not too big, but enough. All of them had a balcony, although not all of them had a direct view to the ocean, but a side view. Breakfast was included and was very good, in a nice restaurat next to the hotel. Staff was kind. |

The hotel is, at the same time, near the city and well located on Lido's area (where we can find the large offer of hotels on Funchal). Great price-quality relation. Breakfast room with sea view, very good way to start the day. The room was a little bit small for a four star hotel. I've asked for a 2 massage package, and as the hotel didn't had a room or a specific place for that purpose, the massagist went to my room and had to move all the furniture to set up the massage table. |

Helpfulness of the staff at the reception, design of the hotel, good berth of the hotel- good connection to public transport. We could ask our last breakfast packed, as we told our early check-out. Although we foretold that we were on honeymoon, we got nothing allowance and nothing attention. The worst was finding a cockroach in the bathtub which was so big we have never seen before. There was few people in the staff who could speak English. |

Quiet location, good views from rooms, friendly staff. Location was a little bit away from the centre of town, but not a great problem. Hotel Bar was ok, but could have been larger. |

A proximidade ás zonas de bares, alguns restaurantes, passeio do lido, vista para o mar... os acessos de carro, tem de se dar uma grande volta para se chegar ao hotel. A é é mais directo. |

Conforto, vista e localização Desleixo na mudança/reposição dos shampo e gel de duche. Uma unica toalha de bidé para um quarto duplo. Pequeno almoço com uma unica fruta fresca diaria. Havia quartos sem bidé (?) |

A minha estadia foi apenas de 1 noite , mas fiquei muito supreendida com a relação qualidade/preço. A vista do pequeno - almoço é surpreendente, no entanto a variedade do mesmo é um pouco fraca. Experiência a repetir. |

Quarto espaçoso, bem decorado! Boa localização, com vistas lindas para o mar. Simpatia dos funcionários. As almofadas eram muito duras o que pertubaram-me um pouco. O pequeno almoço poderia ser um pouco melhor apesar de ter o essencial. O parque de estacionamento não é coberto! |

Da vista do quarto e da sala de pequeno almoço..pelo vista que proporciona. Elevadores pequenos e lentos. TV do quarto esteve desintonizada durante toda a estadia, tendo o recpecionista referido que a governanta tinha tentado rectificar mas que aquilo acontecia às vezes ?!?! |
